Harmonic is excited to be working with one of the top London TV & Film Industry production companies, helping them to find their next Payroll Administrator. As the UK TV & Film Industry continues to grow, the company require a Payroll professional to help facilitate their development.

The role is exciting and will be fast paced as you support Payroll responsibilities across the business. With a vibrant and collaborative new office space based in a bustling part of North London, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Payroll professional to further their career within the creative industries.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  • Processing monthly payroll for Head Office and Freelance Staff
  • Collect and input all required new starter documentation
  • Manage employee data input into Payroll platform and ensure correct data reporting
  • Ensure all fixed and variable payroll elements are accurate each month and fully checked before processing payroll
  • Track company training expenditure and calculate training bonuses
  • Track employee benefits and complete P11Ds for partners/CEO
  • Send pension reports and new employee information to pension managers
  • Work in tandem with the people in Talent function on various projects

 

What we need to see (Essential):

· At least a year’s Payroll Admin experience

· A passion to join the TV & Film industry

· A willingness to get stuck into a variety of tasks, go into the office and contribute to the collaborative and dynamic company culture

What we need to see (Desirable):

· A background in the Creative Industries

Salary:

 

£30,000 – £40,000 + Great benefits package and TV& Film Industry perks
