About the Position:
The Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Specialist is responsible for overseeing and executing the Onnit affiliate and influencer programs. This role will maintain the health of the program with a focus on onboarding, engaging, and retaining top affiliates and influencers. They will ensure that the Onnit affiliate program serves a key part of the new customer acquisition strategy and a major contributor to the Onnit eCommerce business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to our network of affiliates.
- Manage the recruitment, onboarding and activation process with new affiliates.
- Manage, communicate, and grow strategic partnerships.
- Analyze the channel to increase profitability and maximize revenue.
- Coordinate between creative and marketing teams to deliver messaging, promotions, and assets to affiliates.
- Responsible for ongoing maintenance in the affiliate network including growth, churn, and satisfaction.
- Expected to report on week over week affiliate network performance.
- Affiliate and Influencer Manager is also responsible for adding new affiliates and influencers to the network in addition to managing and culling the existing network.
- Work with the marketing team to align influencers and Pro Team with current Onnit initiatives and priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably ecommerce
- Experience with Affiliate Networks, preferably Impact
- Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal)
- A go-getter/hunter personality who can problem solve and work independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Assistant Videographer/Editor position requires skills in a high-volume production environment specializing in the final storytelling of a project. This position is primarily responsible for assisting in the filming and editing process for company video projects. This position requires a diverse knowledge of industry standard types of cameras and production equipment along with basic Avid editing skills. They will work closely with the Producers, Videographers and Editors on staff to ensure projects are completed on time and with the highest technical and aesthetic standards. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required: Minimum college or trade school experience in production or similar field..
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of practical field experience working in multiple aspects of film and video production.
- Color grading at intermediate level.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
- Thorough understanding of fishing, hunting, and other outdoor skills as required to best work with production team in outdoor recreation company.
- Strong work ethic. Outgoing personality with ability to interact within group of creative individuals in a dynamic and constantly changing environment. Willingness to react with short notice to changes in daily routine.
- Willing to travel as required – often locations require extensive driving and multiple night stays with early and late hours.
- Strong communication skills – able to understand direction and make themselves understood when communicating objectives for accomplishing story lines or goals of a production.
- Thorough knowledge of Avid non-linear editing systems, specifically the Avid Media Composer or similar.
- Strong working knowledge of various codecs, containers and file types used in today’s media environment.
- Able to work within a team environment including in the field or studio and in the post process, editing and finishing.
- Able to lift and carry heavy equipment in variety of terrain and conditions from very hot to very cold.
- Good driving record, able to secure Missouri Operator’s License Class E.
- Good organizational skills: able to keep multiple projects balanced at any one time
- Strong video resume required. This resume should demonstrate samples from all of the areas mentioned above.
