Anne Barge is currently seeking experienced production/manufacturing sewers to sew bridal gowns and accessories. Must be able to sew a complete gown and work with a variety of fabrics such as silk, lace, and beaded fabrics. Must have experience with single needles, overlock stitching, and be able to do handwork/finishing. The ideal candidate:

• Must have experience working for a sewing manufacturer company, ideally one that manufactures bridal gowns.
• Has 3+ years of experience sewing bridal gowns
• Is knowledgeable in evening wear and bridal gown construction and can sew a gown from scratch.
• Is comfortable sewing difficult fabrics (charmeuse, chiffon, gazar, lace, organza, satin etc)
• Knows how to read patterns and markers
• Has knowledge of gown draping and is able to recreate dresses by following samples
• Industrial machine and hand sewing a must
• Marks materials, sews parts of new styles, followings patterns, sketches, and design specifications, to prepare sample
• Pays close attention to detail and provides consistent quality work
• Is comfortable sitting for long periods

The ideal candidate will be based in Atlanta, GA, or willing to relocate. Must be authorized to work in the US. This position will be in office full time Monday- Friday 9am-5pm. There will be a 30 day training period where you will be paid hourly. After training is complete pay rate will change to paid per piece completed.

LAKEFRONT LUXURY: CASTING REAL COUPLES

A real estate series is looking for:

• Real couples to take a look at lakefront properties and give their opinions on them on camera.

Filming takes place over three-day blocks in Muskoka, Niagara on the Lake, Coldwater, and Prince Edward County, Ontario.

We’d love to see local couples, but out-of-town couples will be considered.

Accommodation will be provided, along with per diems and gas reconciliation.

Couples will be required to travel the evening before the first shoot date and can stay overnight after the last shoot date if they have traveled over 2 hours to get to the location.

RATE: $200 per day, per person. Total $1200 per couple. Plus hotel, per diems and gas.

DATES: July to October 2023

We are searching for:

• Superbly talented young performers aged 8- 11 to act in an exciting child-led action/adventure comedy film
• We are looking for performers ten play leading roles in the film
• Performers who have skills in horse riding, gymnastics, dance, circus or fighting/combat etc, a plus but by no means essential
• No previous acting experience necessary
• Must be UK based & have good availability to film end of August

CASTING BUSINESS OWNERS OR HIRING MANAGERS WHO HIRE TALENT ON UPWORK

• Casting charismatic people who have hired freelancers and temporary and permanent staff via the Upwork platform to share their experience for a commercial. People should appear age 30 and above and be located in the US.
• Must be available for the self-shot shoot in late June/early July.
• Compensation is $750 for the remote shoot and usage.
• Usage is I-Year Digital, internet social, and OTT usage. The second year was renewed with a 20% increase.
