As an Art Director, you will be executing creative for multiple marketing programs. Reporting to the Senior Art Director, you will be responsible for building this beauty brand, and concept development/execution of various marketing campaigns and programs, from concept to execution across all channels.

In addition, you will:

-Support Senior Art Director in trend research and developing strategic marketing campaign concepts to provide creative solutions that meets business objectives.

-Build concept boards, photo and video briefs, and design across multiple channels to visualize concept.

-Art direct photographers and stylists to execute creative.

-Manage projects and designers.

-Present creative in various settings.

Spaeth Hill is a leading design firm specializing in branding, wayfinding, and experiential graphic design (EGD) for the built environment. The Art Director plays a crucial role in creating, developing and overseeing our design aesthetic and ensuring the successful execution of all projects.

Primary responsibilities include developing and producing high-level, conceptual design solutions for the above-referenced project types. Regular planning sessions will occur between the Art Director and Creative Director to establish project goals for the studio and the clients, as well as for the team. Production and Quality Control: Maintain effective communication with external designers, architects, and contractors to safeguard the project’s design intents and integrity including material selection, fabrication methods and value engineering decisions during the fabrication and implementation phases. Collaborate with the design team to conduct on-site evaluations at different stages of the project, ensuring accuracy in measurements, materials, samples and fabrication construction and installations.

The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $65,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
