Job Description:
An exciting opportunity is open for an Office Production Assistant to join the production management team for the hit series Home Town. This temporary role runs until early December, with potential for long-term employment on future seasons. You’ll be supporting various production and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations both in the office and on set.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Scan, upload, file, and log production paperwork using Google Drive

  • Assist with reconciling credit card and petty cash receipts

  • Handle production-related errands and runs as needed

  • Oversee lunch setup, food pickups, deliveries, and cleanup

  • Support office departments with administrative needs

  • Maintain and restock office and storage areas

  • Assist with inventory of supplies and equipment

  • Provide hands-on support during filming days

  • Print, organize, and deliver essential documents to set or office

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Local to Laurel, MS, and surrounding areas

  • Proficient in Google Drive and office software

  • Able to lift at least 50 pounds

  • Comfortable driving a cargo van

  • Bonus: Handy skills and ability to use a drill

Compensation:

  • $210/day (12-hour guarantee; standard hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday)
