About the Role We’re looking for a skilled Technical Writer with experience crafting high-quality documentation and RFP responses that communicate complex information with clarity and precision. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing both client-facing and internal documentation to support our growing suite of products.   Your key responsibilities will include: Product Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive guides, FAQs, and release documentation using Zendesk, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and ease of understanding. Content Updates: Revise and update existing documentation to reflect product enhancements, maintaining consistency in tone, formatting, and technical accuracy. RFP Writing and Documentation: Create accurate, persuasive, and well-structured RFP responses, ensuring alignment with company messaging and client needs. Release Communications: Draft admin alerts and customer notifications to inform institutions about new features, improvements, and upcoming releases. Collaboration: Partner with UX designers to refine interface text, assist with mockups, and ensure all user-facing language is intuitive and accessible. Technical Accuracy: Work closely with product teams to translate complex technical information into clear and concise documentation. Client Communication: Collaborate with Client Success and Support teams to ensure client-facing materials (particularly around feature requests or bug fixes) are transparent, accurate, and professional. Preferred: Apply UX writing principles to improve the user experience and ensure all written content aligns with design and usability best practices.   About You 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment. Exceptional command of the English language, with proven ability to craft polished, professional, and persuasive content. Demonstrated ability to grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience managing RFP responses, ensuring submissions are well-organized, compliant, and compelling. Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects under tight deadlines, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. Strong editing, proofreading, and formatting skills with meticulous attention to accuracy. Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, product, UX, and client success teams. Working knowledge of Zendesk is preferred; familiarity with Confluence and WordPress is an asset. A degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field is preferred. About the RoleWe are seeking an Brand Ambassador – Marketing Events to be YuJa’s Ambassador in all webinar and conference initiatives. This role will drive engagement, lead generation, and brand presence through virtual and in-person events. The ideal candidate is confident in front of the camera, comfortable speaking and presenting, and has strong content creation and communication skills. Travel to conference venues, including international events, will be required. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and host webinars and 15 to 20 on-site conferences per year, from concept to completion in collaboration with the Marketing team members. Present on-camera during webinars and in-person during live events, answer attendee questions, and produce content for on-demand recordings for the website. Coordinate logistics for on-site conferences, trade shows, and industry events, including travel arrangements.Conduct professional interviews with clients, partners, or internal stakeholders to develop compelling case studies and success stories. Manage vendor relationships, including event platforms, AV support, and venue contacts. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure events align with business objectives. Track and report on event performance metrics (attendance, engagement, leads generated). Stay updated on industry trends, including accessibility, AI, and SaaS-related topics, to recommend innovative approaches to virtual and in-person events. Be available for events that may occur on weekends. About You 2–3 years of experience in event planning, webinars, or conferences, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment. Must hold a valid passport and be legally able to travel to the U.S. and internationally (e.g., UK and Europe) for conferences and company events. Education in Marketing or Communications is a plus but not required. Strong event management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency with Zoom webinar platform. Strong interviewing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and extract insights for creating case studies or thought-leadership content. Excellent communication and organizational skills; confident speaking and presenting on camera. Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously. Creative thinker with a passion for delivering engaging events. Travel Requirement: Approximately 25% travel (about 50 days per year),primarily within the U.S., with occasional trips to the UK and Europe for conferences and events. A day in the life

  • Develop, execute, and optimize the social media strategy across TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Experiment with emerging platforms and formats to expand reach and engagement.
  • Create compelling content, including copy, short-form video, and graphics, tailored to each platform and audience.
  • Manage social media calendars and campaigns across multiple platforms, both organic and paid.
  • Monitor trends, perform social listening, and use analytics to optimize content and campaign performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using insights to adjust strategies and improve results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and program teams to support brand initiatives.
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely, human-centered manner.
  • Identify and partner with influencers or partners as needed to expand reach and impact.

Your expertise 

  • 2–3 years of professional social media management experience.
  • Strong understanding of all major social platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X).
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing campaigns and performance optimization.
  • Ability to create content tailored to platform-specific best practices.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with social listening and content optimization best practices.
  • Impeccable writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Knowledge of lead generation tactics and social-driven conversion strategies.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented, and passionate about self-improvement.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).

  • This role is remote but should be located in the Greater Toronto, Canada area.
