Caden Lane is looking for an ambitious social media coordinator to help grow our channels and relationships with influencers. The creative and marketing team at Caden Lane drives an ambitious marketing strategy that keeps pace with a high-output, fast-paced culture needed to grow a Direct To Consumer brand in today’s landscape. Caden Lane has a presence on all major social media platforms with more than 650,000 collective followers. The right candidate will have experience producing social media posts, stories, and videos and engaging with their audience. This person will join a small team, including a Social Media Manager, to add strength to our growing marketing initiative. They must enjoy collaborative work environments, bring positive energy to the team, and have relevant work experience. All candidates will be asked to provide relevant work examples.
Job Responsibilities
- Community Management: Assist in responding to all comments, messages, tags, and reviews across all platforms. Update all appropriate platforms with product information and tags.
- Content Management: Work closely with the team to create, write, and schedule content for our various social platforms. This person will own content for Pinterest, Twitter, and YouTube while assisting with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Influencer Relationships: Manage influencer outreach, terms, and content to help drive team revenue goals. Work closely with the team to develop new campaigns, product seeding programs, and PR outreach.
- UGC: Help capture and organize UGC for future use.
- Graphic Design & Video Production: Assist in producing content for various channels. Be willing to move quickly to respond to trending ideas.
Experience
1-3 years of social media and content creation experience.
