Job Responsibilities:

  1. Office Maintenance and Support: Regularly check and replenish office supplies, manage mail and package deliveries, and ensure the office space remains organized and tidy.
  2. Administrative Assistance: Assist with photocopying, filing, and preparing documents, as well as managing office equipment and troubleshooting basic IT issues.
  3. Team Support: Support team members with ad-hoc tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and running errands.
  4. Client Interaction: Greet and assist visitors, answer phones, and provide information as needed, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  5. Project Involvement: Participate in special projects, offering support to various departments as required.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an office setting or similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, strong communication skills, basic IT knowledge.
  • Qualities: Proactive, adaptable, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Physical: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and comfortable with moving around the office frequently.
