- Team Support: Support team members with ad-hoc tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and running errands.
- Client Interaction: Greet and assist visitors, answer phones, and provide information as needed, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Project Involvement: Participate in special projects, offering support to various departments as required.
Requirements:
