Du wirst dafür verantwortlich sein, social-first Strategien zu entwickeln und umzusetzen, die Engagement fördern, Markenaffinität aufbauen und unseres Kunden weltweit führenden Marken kulturell relevant halten. Gleichzeitig wirst du optisch ansprechende, trendgesteuerte Inhalte erstellen, die auf Plattformen wie Instagram, TikTok und aufstrebenden Kanälen Resonanz finden. Social Media Management:

  • Leite social-first Strategien für Knorr und Hellmann’s über bezahlte und organische Kanäle
  • Erstelle und verwalte Content-Kalender und Community-Engagement
  • Erkenne kulturelle Trends und aktiviere sie, um die Markenrelevanz zu steigern
  • Arbeite mit Insights-, Analytics- und GenAI-Teams zusammen, um Strategien zu entwickeln und die Leistung zu optimieren
  • Gestalte den Markenauftritt und die Botschaften über verschiedene Plattformen hinweg
  • Stelle sicher, dass der Inhalt den Markenrichtlinien und den besten Praktiken der Plattformen entspricht

  • Produziere visuell ansprechende Materialien für Instagram, TikTok und aufstrebende Plattformen
  • Entwickle vielseitige Content-Pakete, die sich über verschiedene Formate erstrecken und gleichzeitig die Markenkonsistenz bewahren
  • Führe die reaktive Content-Erstellung an, um Marken in den Mittelpunkt aktuell trendender Gespräche zu rücken
  • Übersetze Markenrichtlinien in authentisches, fesselndes Storytelling
  • Experimentiere mit visuellen Techniken, um das Storytelling im Bereich Food zu verbessern
  • Arbeite mit Influencer- und GenAI-Teams zusammen, um die Relevanz der Inhalte zu skalieren und zu steigern
  • Liefere Inhalte, die Benchmarks in Engagement und Stimmung übertreffen

Was du für diese Rolle mitbringen musst:

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Inhaltserstellung für Lebensmittel-, FMCG- oder Lifestyle-Marken und ein Portfolio mit erfolgreichen Inhalten.
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch (Muttersprache) und Englisch (fließend).
  • Erfolgreich im Social Media Management für Verbrauchermarken mit umfassendem Verständnis für social-first Inhalte und plattformnative Erzählungen.
  • Kreatives Gespür, exzellente Kommunikations- und Copywriting-Fähigkeiten.
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Inhalten, die auf Plattformen wie Instagram und TikTok hervorragend performen.
