Senior Artists’ Agent / Director of West Coast Operations

We are seeking an experienced Senior Artists’ Agent to represent our renowned commercial artists from around the globe, to oversee our West Coast operations, cultivate and grow a large territory of clients, and to work closely with the entire team of agents on both coasts.

Responsibilities include:

-Oversee West Coast operations, one of our largest territories, and help grow our West Coast team.

-Seek, develop and nurture relationships with new clients in advertising and entertainment.

-Attend to existing clients in advertising and entertainment.

-Work with our Marketing Director on promotions within the territory.

-Oversee estimation, production management, client/artist relations and financial transactions on creative projects.

Qualifications

-Experience as an artist’s agent necessary.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent phone/Zoom skills.

-Proven track record to grow sales and manage a small team.

-Willingness to travel and go on meetings from time to time.

-Ability to estimate and confidently work with producers on creative projects.

-Impeccable project management skills needed.

-Experience with sales and marketing a plus.
