Influencer Manager – up to £50k + benefits – Fully remote (with occasional paid travel to Paris)

Are you a proactive individual within the beauty/ skincare industry? Do you have experience of working with and building a strong network of content creators and influencers in the UK? Want to work fully remote with occasional trips to Paris – all expenses paid + generous product discount?

In this role you’ll help develop creative ideas for impactful online collaborations, drive customers to both our clients physical and online stores and build strong relationships with VIP’s, influencers, and content creators in the UK industry.

With your knowledge of the UK influencer market and your natural networking abilities, you’ll represent the brand and manage relationships with key opinion leaders. You’ll also be confident creating and monitoring awareness campaigns across key social media channels and lead events in line with budget and deadlines.

A creative video production company is looking for a passionate and detail-driven Production Coordinator to join their growing team. This full-time, fixed-term position will support projects from pre-production through final delivery, ensuring streamlined operations across video production workflows. You’ll play a key role in managing logistics, schedules, compliance paperwork, and team coordination while contributing to a high-volume slate of commercials, corporate content, documentaries, and branded stories.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage production schedules, crew coordination, and location logistics
• Issue call sheets, freelance contracts, and shoot-related paperwork
• Support compliance for shoots including risk assessments, release forms, and permits
• Assist in organising shoots and provide on-site support as needed
• Handle administrative duties including tracking invoices, prepping reports, and managing data
• Maintain scheduling, time-off, and project timelines in collaboration with production leadership
• Help coordinate and align systems to support a smooth post-production pipeline

Requirements
• Experience in production, coordination, or similar administrative roles
• Excellent multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments and juggling multiple deadlines
• A collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn across departments
• Organisational savvy with high attention to detail

Compensation
• £32,500 annual salary
• Full-time, hybrid office-based
