The Role

Mint is looking for a passionate, talented creative to join our team. Reporting to the ECD, you’ll get the opportunity to flex your creative chops and work on a wide range of projects – from video, XM, digital, print, pr and more. Responsible for coming up with big ideas, tactical executions and overall visual direction, the Senior Art Director is a key collaborative member of the agency team, as both a leader and mentor to other creatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate big ideas and creative concepts based on creative briefs
  • Develop visual language and oversee visual direction of projects
  • Collaborate with an integrated agency team of writers, strategists, account services and PR experts
  • Provide visual direction for photography, film, animation, digital and print executions
  • Sell through creative to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Develop new 360o creative approaches
  • Immerse themselves in a client’s brand and business problems
  • Supervise and mentor other art directors and designers

Skills, Abilities and Experience:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in an agency
  • Strong aesthetic inspired by forward thinking design trends
  • Great presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in creative suite for Mac operating systems;
  • Strong understanding of the creative process
  • Familiar with production process of all relevant disciplines
  • Fluent in English, oral and written
