Responsibilities:
● Communicate with project managers, sales, agencies, and clients directly to collect materials, review, test, troubleshoot, and deploy emails in a timely manner.
● Nurture client relationships and assist in optimizing provided content wherever possible.
● Design and build custom emails and templates as needed, responsive and tested across a variety of clients and devices.
● Maintain the deployment calendar and scheduling for all 3rd-party emails, working closely with clients and Sales.
● Assist with marketing content and strategy, including copywriting, headlines, and A/B testing.
● Work with Digital Analyst to monitor email campaign performance.
● Work with Audience Development on audience lists and segmentation.
● Be team-oriented and willing to assist fellow staff in other email marketing efforts (webinars, surveys, newsletters, etc.) as well as share your expertise for troubleshooting and training purposes.
Skills:
● Ability to remain organized while managing and coordinating multiple projects and client accounts at once.
● HTML and CSS, specifically with regard to email design and best-practices.
● Proficiency in Adobe Dreamweaver (and/or other HTML editors), Photoshop, Illustrator. Experience with other Adobe programs, including video editing software, a plus.
● Familiarity with Email Builders such as Mailchimp, Litmus, Email on Acid, etc.
● Familiarity or experience with CMS software/platforms.
● Experience with WordPress.
● Knowledge of email laws and regulations.
● Ability to work in a fast-turnaround environment.
● Analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent internal and customer-facing communication skills
