Primary Responsibilities

  • Managing the creation and delivery of digital video and audio files to digital storefronts such as iTunes, Netflix and Amazon
  • Establishing a solid understanding of specific client specifications and needs
  • Managing multiple Digital Distribution projects from client order to delivery completion
  • Building strong working relationships with clients and focusing on delivering the highest quality assets on time
  • Liaising with multiple clients and Digital Partners and maintaining clear communication
  • Managing complex projects from beginning to end in a timely manner
  • Developing project plans and workflows, managing time, budget, resources and quality control

Requirements

Summary

The Outsourcing Director reports to the CFO and isa key person in all of the studio’s outsourcing mandates, mainly in the context of video game production. He/she will work in collaboration with many teamsat Reflector to optimize the outsourcing strategies and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Build and implement a strategic approach toward outsourcing while working closely with the game development stakeholders;
  • Align short term actionswith future global needs and studio vision;
  • Define the proper scope of outsourcing components on all projects across the studio, in regard to cost, quality,time, and availability of internal resources in collaboration with projects owners;
  • Review and improve processes from the mandate definition to the deliverable acceptance trough managementtools, documents and approval gates;

The Platform Editorial team is tasked with driving viewership, across a wide variety of audience segments and ensuring the readiness of the streaming library by managing a constantly expanding catalog of titles that spans entertainment, sports, news, anime and more – all in a mix of release formats, languages and linear and on-demand structures. It is a 24/7 operation responsible for updating based on performance, programming tactics and events unfolding in real time while working in coordination with globally distributed colleagues in technical, marketing and partner teams.

The role of Senior Manager, Editorial Operations will wear multiple hats, having responsibilities ranging from driving product and tool enhancements to support imagery delivery to building workflows for delivery of localized metadata, along with and strategic problem-solving for both domestic and international platforms. The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience working with streaming media, a familiarity with project management and a demonstrated ability to serve multiple stakeholders. The Manager Ads Experimentation will be the Experimentation leader for Peacock Ads. They will focus on the experimentation practice and platform. They will partner with Ads, product, engineering and other experts to shape a shared experimentation playbook to enable trustworthy experiments at scale.

The Manager will also partner with other data and decision science teams to share best practices and improve capabilities around statistics, causal inference, data modeling, testing, personalization, and visualization

This individual will be a critical player within the Insights team tasked with implementing projects from design to delivery.   • 1-2 years’ experience in UX/usability research

  • Experience conducting UX research using remote application platforms, prototype testing, lab-based user testing, etc.
  • Statistics knowledge and experience; ability to understand advanced multivariate analysis and articulate to stakeholders

Job Duties

  • Develop strategies to partner and work with national foundations.

The Project Manager is responsible for providing the leadership, direction and resources to effectively manage construction projects for Universal Studio Hollywood (USH). The Project Manager will oversee construction projects in accordance with approved budgets, schedules, and project plans & specifications. The role includes coordination with internal departments, supervision of the department trade foreman, administrative staff, contracts, finance, scheduling, contractors and sub-contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the operations and activities of Park-wide construction projects
  • Responsible for the development of the capital plans (scoping project, utilize the approval process to gain approval and implement plans) and implementing these plans in a cost effective and efficient manner.
  • Assists with the pre-qualification and evaluation of potential construction vendors. Works with the general contractors, vendors for site/construction sequence and logistics with general contractors, vendors and USH project team with regards to access, insurance, etc. required to gain access to the site.
  • Reviews design documents for construction, completeness, corrections, and coordination and compile a list of comments. Reviews the existing facility status to evaluate what potential issues used to be addressed by the design documents.
  • Responsible for governmental inspections and approvals through final certificate of occupancy.
  • Provides interface between Facility Engineering Department, Park Operations, Entertainment Department, Creative Department, EH&S, etc.
  • Fully responsible for preparation of project work plans, schedules, estimates, and other planning documents included within the project scope, schedule, budget and quality objectives.
  • Supports approval of plans, schedules, and cost estimates through direct interaction with project.
  • Responsible for all documentation required for site access, lay down and other logistics for the contractors and vendors. Assists in the presentation of all required construction management processes including but not limited to: RFP’s, RFI’s, Shop Drawings, Directives, Submittals, Punch Lists, Short Form Agreements and other documents as required. Supports USH project team for progress payment and related walk-through and inspections. Manages and coordinates staging area inventories for arrival and dispatch. Supervises facility and progress in accordance with the master schedule.
  • Manages overall punch list and close out process for the facility. Reviews all final submittals from the contractor for all close-out documentation including, but not limited to shop drawings, submittals, as-builts, warranties, lien waivers, etc.

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university in Construction Management, Engineering or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Over 2 years of project management/maintenance planning experience with a general contractor or project management firm. Project Management certification preferred.
  • Proficient of local/regional codes and ordinances, reading/interpreting construction documents and contracts
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and contractors at once including Tenant Improvement, Ground up and Technology projects in a fast paced environment.
