An Executive Producer acts as an integral member of the KCD Worldwide Creative Group and its global clients to provide a highly professional and innovative perspective on event execution & client services. This person is an expert in live event production with extensive and impressive know-how in managing all aspects of the event including ideation, experience design, consumer journey, custom fabrication, technical & production management, staffing, live event execution & client management. The Executive Producer has a deep respect and appreciation for big picture ideas and has the experience and sensibility to navigate the process of delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a leader to Producers and Coordinators to ensure that their projects are hitting milestones on-time and within assigned budget
  • Align project resources, full-time and freelance, to manifest excellence in the execution of defined project objectives
  • Be an advocate for the client, translating their business needs and interests to the internal team
  • Translate project requirements to internal teams and collaborate with Leadership and Executives to develop proposals, SOWs, or Change Orders (including objectives, approach, estimates, and timelines) as needed
  • Report real-time status to Executive leadership, while anticipating “what’s next”
  • Inspire and challenge the project teams by continually looking for innovative solutions and production methods
  • Able to develop an engagement strategy and work with the project team and discipline leads to execute it, involving people at the optimal levels for project success and overall account utilization (goals, deliverables, schedule, budget, resources)
  • Develop and actively manage all vendors/ freelance talent relationships to ensure the best available talent and pricing for the project.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years producing events and/or live activations including hands-on experience overseeing event content creation, fabrication, interactive development, onsite testing, AV production, projection mapping, etc.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in producing multi-day pop up experiences, live music concerts with top tier talent & touring brand activations.
  • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with extensive budgeting and negotiating skills
  • Capacity to instill trust in clients and have strong global relationships with a wide range of fashion industry leaders and peers, as well as high level vendor contacts, and relationships within the events industry

What You’ll Do:

A creative producer’s main job is to take a concept and make it a reality. They process everything from conceptualizing ideas and assembling the right team to overseeing the project through to the finishing stages of production. They work in every aspect of the production process to make things happen.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross functionally with account managers, content creators, production team, editors, motion graphics artists, writers, and others to create high performing direct response videos for a diverse range of consumers and client brands
  • Translate strategic briefs into compelling, well-executed videos that drive consumers to take action, scale our client brands & disrupt industries
  • Establish shoot needs, including leveraging existing assets, to consistently include best-in-class content in each video
  • Constantly challenge the team to improve Ad/Video performance by creating innovative, credible content that appeals to consumer needs and client/brand vision
  • Interpret data reflecting consumer behavior across the paid social ecosystem to iterate existing videos, continually optimizing performance across multiple metrics

Compensation:

Note: TubeScience offers remote/flexible work (unless specified to be required to be in-person) and is open to hiring remote candidates who are residents in any US state.

TubeScience provides the wage ranges it reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for all remote roles and as otherwise required by applicable law. The expected range of starting pay for this role is $60,000 – $85,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary within the listed range based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, experience, and specific geographic location.

Job Description

  • Oversight of all live event related matters including, but not limited to management of the live event calendar, on-air talent and above-the-line production personnel, team relationships, budgets, technology and on-site logistics for all NBC Sports Chicago live events

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Creative Director serves as the brand steward to elevate the standard of creative, build processes, guidelines and identify areas for creative improvement. Reform seeks a Creative Director with an entrepreneurial, strategic mindset, eagerness to build, and a reputation as an innovative, adaptive, and proactive “doer”. Description Of Key Job Functions

  • Oversee design, creative strategy, style/content guides, production, visual standards, and art direction
  • Communicate brand vision and aesthetic; update materials as needed and use this knowledge to prepare comprehensive briefs, guidelines, and co-branded materials to share with stakeholders and external partners. Confidently present concepts and vision as needed, execute across channels
