Job Overview
The Inspiration Gallery Manager leads the Design team in creating an exceptional customer experience, while promoting the vision, purpose and values of the company. The Inspiration Gallery Manager fosters vendor relationships above industry norms. The Inspiration Gallery Manager effectively balances the administrative, creative, and strategic aspects of the Inspiration Gallery, providing daily leadership, regular training, and long-term implementation of plans and strategies.
Essential Duties
- Recruit, interview, and hire well-qualified, high potential team members to support Inspiration Gallery operations.
- Provide regular training to the Design team in effective management, presentation, and design standards.
- Ensure merchandising of options available are current to buyer tastes, market availability, and trends.
- Work with vendor representatives to ensure products and samples on display are current, and that the internal product inventory matrix is up to date. - Learn and grow all current builder relationships to promote a stronger customer experience.
- Establish, manage, standardize, and review systems and procedures to increase the efficacy of Inspiration Gallery operations.
- Collaborate with other departments for continuous process improvement: paperwork, order processing, estimating, supporting documents, etc…
- Assess and address customer service concerns with homebuyers, trade partners, and/or the operations team as needed to support issue resolution.
- Conduct weekly design team meetings to review schedules, training, product offerings, processes improvements, to address concerns, and to promote sales strategies to improve team efficacy and achievement of goals and objectives.
- Establish sales goals and budgets for designers. Provide motivation and support to ensure team success.
- Hold Design team accountable to operating standards and achieving company goals and objectives.
- Attend pertinent builder and trade meetings when needed either at our Inspiration Gallery or offsite, as required.
- Collaborate with builder trades/OVO (outside vendor options) to ensure the design team is trained and has all tools to merchandise these product categories.
- Learn & teach system analytics. Develop and share effective reporting to analyze the business to promote option sales and to coach Designer performance.
- Attend community kick-off meetings, model frame walks and decorator model walks.
- Support Sales and company directives as requested.
- Complete customer appointments, providing structural and design option selections, material reselects and warranty appointments when needed.
- Attend trade partner events and conventions when requested.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional customer-facing communications to enhance their Inspiration Gallery experience.
- Prepare model and MIRC documents and collateral for ordering all interior finish packets.

THE ROLE
Within Marketing Partnerships, Creative Production brings the creative vision to life by focusing on how the idea will be produced and implemented. This will cover everything from logistics/creative production to mapping resources, to timeline and financial management, to cross-functional coordination and partnership/agency management (and more). In many ways, Creative Production functions as the Executive Producer of the campaign – and this role is essential to managing, communicating and bringing the creative vision to life.
Creative Planning
· Input into partnership development and deal memo/related terms to ensure we can both enforce and fulfill partner commitments.
· Review all creative concepts for feasibility, ensuring that campaign can be made on-time, on-budget and within reasonable risk of our legal/BA parameters.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Global People & Culture Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. This position will also be responsible for the HR operations in the North American (NA) region.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives for Global and NA that align to the overall mission and strategy of the organization, resulting in innovative, best practices and policies that will serve the full range of OX Tools’ HR needs to help build a high-performing culture.
Operational
- Proactively manage talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and the timely onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain a competitive approach by advising on HR programs and processes to enhance talent attraction, retention, development, and succession.
- Develop comprehensive approaches to employee development, retention and onboarding by refining or creating compensation and benefits, career paths and employee development, succession planning, and learning opportunities as appropriate to the needs of OX Tools.
- Manage and implement compensation strategies through benchmarking of market analysis and pay surveys.
- Mediate employee relations and performance issues and provide guidance and counsel on appropriate methods of performance management, grievances and/or other HR related matters.
- Handle investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts with the utmost confidentiality.
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Collaborate with divisional areas to identify on HR areas of opportunity and to ensure all required actions are carried out in the spirit of continuous improvement.
- Maintain the Global HRIS system and ensure all employee records are kept up to date at all times.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Culture & Development
- Provide advice, coaching and support to managers/leaders to develop and improve people management and capability.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and support of our most valuable asset – Our people.
- Oversee and manage the performance appraisal process to drive high engagement and performance.
- Manage and monitor pay plan, benefits and reward and recognition programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide developmental opportunities for all employees.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- In-depth knowledge of HR Best Practices
- Ability to interpret legislation and provide accurate advice
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Effective relationship building, networking and influencing skills
- Excellent communications skills – written, verbal and interpersonal – with an ability to tailor communication style to diverse audiences
