ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Fashion Product Coordinator, Commerce with a passion for product management to join our team. The individual in this role will support the process of creating world-class product collections and product experiences for The SpringHill Company. To succeed in this role, you will be an expert at coordinating across the entire product development cycle for apparel and consumer goods. You are great at project management and connecting the dots across various stages of product launch while cross-functionally working with creative, digital, marketing, operations, and product teams.

You have strong knowledge of what it takes to bring a product from idea to market, and all checkpoints in between. You embrace storytelling techniques as an integral piece to product and brand development. You are thoughtful, and love collaborating both internally and externally to ensure the highest quality, forward focused, trend-right product lines across all channels of distribution that ultimately grows the business.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support product coordination efforts across multiple collections and campaigns from inception to launch.
  • Work closely with product development, operations, and commerce teams from product ideation through commercialization of branded products.
  • Work alongside operations and development across product manufacturing and vendor management.
  • Coordinate project timelines, adjustments, and updates with apparel design and commerce teams.
  • Support sample coordination, pick up/delivery to ensure all merchandise received on time and against accurate builds/specs.
  • Participate in product fit sessions, supporting development tasks and deliverables.
  • Attend weekly, monthly, quarterly cross-functional team commerce and product meetings.
  • Support sample and product coordination for apparel photoshoots for both brand and collaboration partners for internal and external campaign usage.
  • Support image auditing proof sessions from shoots through post production and final selects.
  • Ensure accuracy of product shot lists across multiple campaigns, partnering with creative teams and external partners.
  • Consistently audit of the commerce website properties to ensure accuracy of merchandising.
  • Support product marketing and commerce teams with weekly/monthly best seller recaps and insights to help drive deeper analytics and efficiencies across product business goals and initiatives.
  • Support linesheet audits, builds, drops, and reviews along with updates across teams.
  • Auditing style numbers, pricing, size scales, color codes, for correctness across all collections and projects.
  • Coordination of product imagery and asset management from shoot to live on website.
  • Style Number and SKU generation support for products.
  • UPC generation support for products.
  • Manage and support Merch Pack sku, content, copy, features, product imagery for all launches.
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Digital, Marketing, and Communication teams to ensure accurate product representation.
  • Conduct market research for competitor, best practices, consumer, price studies, and trend research.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product design, development, brand marketing, digital, and commerce teams to support product story.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (e.g. Apparel design, product development).
  • 3+ years of experience supporting product development or operations.
  • A strong eye for detail and refinement.
  • Excellent organizational skills with team-based personality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The role of the Post Production Coordinator is to support the production of news and documentary series including our flagship series Vice (Showtime) and Vice News Tonight, and other programs for broadcast on Vice’s own channel, Vice on TV, or distributed internationally for Vice World News. Job Title: Title Manager/Account Representative – Client Operations

Location: 100% Remote – On-Site Meetings in Los Angeles 1-2 times a quarter

Salary: $50-70K – OT Eligible

Requirements: Media Localization /Post-Production Industry (Streaming, VOD, OTT), Dubbing/Subtitling/Captioning, Client Facing/Customer Service, Account Rep Experience or similar

What You Will Be Doing

As a Title Manager/Account Rep on the Client Operations team, your responsibilities will include;

  • Working with the production department and technical team regarding new orders, works-in-progress, and billing.
  • Ensuring client requirements are clearly defined, understood by all appropriate individuals and teams, and planned/coordinated properly to achieve successful execution of projects
  • Developing positive relationships with clients through daily interaction and communication
  • Evaluating client needs and proactively address problems as they arise
  • Communicating/coordinating activities for new and ongoing projects with the production department, technical team, management, and clients
  • Ensuring delivery requirements and objectives are accomplished on time and within budget
  • Overseeing the entire production process, identifying and addressing project changes/issues, and responding to client concerns

What You Need for this Position

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Client-Facing experience within the media localization/post-production space (dubbing, subtitling, translating, captioning, etc) or relevant industry experience and a desire to be in a client-facing role
  • High-Pressure/Deadline-Driven Scenarios
  • Passion for media and entertainment industry
  • Post-Production Environment for Streaming/OTT/VOD, etc.
