We’re seeking a creative leader and most-importantly a teammate with a heart for visual storytelling and capabilities to win a pitch. This client-facing role is responsible for connecting us with new clients and closing sales with creative vision.

In this role, you will apply your impeccable client-facing skills to elicit content and creative concepts from clients on motion design projects that range from explainers and ads to graphics packages for broadcast and films. Then, you’ll turn around and motivate, enthuse, encourage, aim, focus, and concentrate the attention of creative employees and production partners on the goal at hand. You will need to be a self-starter, be able to problem solve both technical and creative challenges, be organized and be able to execute. A sense of humor is required.

Requirements

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Collaborate with Executive Creative Director and Executive Producer on development plans for projects; demonstrates a command of the creative process from concept through execution
  • Network and connect with potential clients and partners to drive sales
  • Read and know the strengths and weaknesses of the creative/artistic team at hand, and manage and motivate accordingly
  • Understand the story and integrate a graphics package that fits the tone, style and storytelling approach for a film or series
  • Able to apply insight to understand a brand-need and craft a strategy accordingly

  • Advanced After Effects capabilities in both design and technical execution

Job Description

“What would you say you do here?”

  • Design, animate, light, and composite high quality effects using Maya, Houdini, and Real Flow
  • Design, setup, organize, and document reusable FX rigs for Partner Studio(s)
  • Create reusable Nuke gizmos to work with corresponding FX rigs
  • Work with DreamWorks TV’s in-house CG team and the FX team(s) at our Partner Studio(s) to develop and implement FX setups that achieve the approved look and expectations of show Creative Leadership

What We Are Looking For

We’re looking for an Associate Producer to join our Production Services team at AT WILL MEDIA. The AP will be the responsible member of our production team running a daily financial podcast. This role is responsible for the daily execution of the show as part of the AWM production team, and will lead the planning, research, production coordination, client relations, recording, and editing/mixing of the podcast.

The ideal candidate is a self-starting producer who isn’t afraid to be a jack-of-all-trades, and wears many hats on any given day. This person must be highly organized, technically proficient, creatively curious, a strong communicator, and upholds the highest standards for all projects. The Associate Producer will report to the team’s Lead Producer.

This position provides the unique opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced daily production with a significant amount of production ownership, where an individual can sharpen their technical skills and be integral to the success of one of our flagship shows. The Associate Producer will be encouraged and empowered to take ownership of this project, setting goals for its long term growth, improving processes, and strengthening our relationship with both client and talent. As our Executive Producer, you will help drive the development team towards their production goals, determine resource requirements, and manage various risks to any of our client projects.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for game’s full development cycle, where you lead the development and champion the product’s vision to the team.
  • Accountable for the game’s overall quality and delivery.
  • Responsible for the P/L of the games and that the games reaches agreed goals.
  • Manages ongoing financial tracking for the games, coordinating between the project and the financial department.
  • Responsible for the collaboration with external clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Liaising with PTW’s Business Development to co-create new pitches in the pitch process to our new clients.
  • Oversees project risk mitigation efforts and ensures they are effective.
  • Accountable to define the project’s production goals and monitor the relative KPI’s.
  • Mentor & coach key project personnel.
  • Partner with studio creative leadership to drive product vision and ensure execution at the highest quality level.
  • Own and optimize the overarching creative roadmaps & schedules for products, ensuring that all production phases flow efficiently between teams.
  • Lead any legal/contractual/licensing discussions.
  • Balance project production requirements within budget and staffing constraints while ensuring high production values are never compromised.
  • Proactively surface issues, roadblocks, and concerns between development teams, driving alignment and consensus for projects and priorities.
  • Grow and expand a culture promoting collaboration and continuous improvement, ensuring the team is consistently set up for success.
  • Effectively communicate the needs of the project, building and strengthening communication at all levels and with all key stakeholders.
  • Bring energy, momentum, passion, and charisma to inspire and motivate the team.
  • Build the appropriate scaling structures inside the team to allow it to grow as needed.
  • Foster a healthy, collaborative, and impactful team culture. Use inclusive behaviours to ensure all voices are heard, invite input from many perspectives, and resolve disagreements.
  • Partner with the Studio Senior Managers on innovating, refining, and improving processes throughout development (from concept to release).
  • Craft clear, detailed, and proactive communication to your immediate group, the studio leadership team, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years experience as a Producer within game development production, where at least 4 years be in a position with management experience;
  • At least three released and successful games as Executive Producer, Senior Producer, Game Director, or similar.
  • Previous experience applying Agile methodologies to game development projects.
  • Ability to gain and maintain the respect and trust of development teams through thoughtful discussion and perseverance.
  • Persuasive communication skills, able to diplomatically and effectively negotiate efficient solutions across cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort with a variety of project management tools and methodologies, able to fluidly move between systems and approaches.
  • You understand and have hands-on knowledge of all aspects of game production from concept through live operations.
  • Proven leadership skills, with an inspiring, enthusiastic spirit for collaborative teamwork.
  • Credit on at least three shipped games as Producer or above or been involved with two projects through a complete development cycle.
  • Has directly led a full or significant part of a development team as a senior producer or similar management role.
  • Extensive knowledge in game and software development methods.
  • Experience with identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Great problem solving skills and ability to motivate others to find solutions in new and dynamic environments.
  • Ability to lead teams of 20+ individuals in different Time Zones.
  • Agile with budgeting and numbers, able to analyse, plan and strategize in coordination with our Financial department.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Louder with Crowder is looking for a Showrunner who has experience leading a Live production in television or streaming. You have a solid work history of day-to-day production and creative development and are a senior member of leadership.

Fundamentals:

  • Coach and lead the internal team to research and map topics for the daily, Live show.
  • Oversee and be a resource for the production of overlays, graphics, sound, etc. You are the captain of a ship of dedicated and resourceful personnel that will look to you for insight and feedback.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and confidence manage multiple projects at various stages. There are a multitude of topics in each show as well as sketches and you can keep all of them moving and consistently adhere to brand standards.
  • You’re passionate about producing digital content and podcasts. We’re breaking news and providing context to stories that mainstream media doesn’t cover and you want to lead the charge in producing these shows.

Work Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in entertainment or content production, with 2+ years as a Showrunner or Production Supervisor.
  • Must have experience leading a team and will be able to discuss the composition of your previous teams, your management style and success stories for the content you’ve made.
