Job Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on daily support to the principal.
• Manage personal scheduling, appointments, errands, and day-to-day requests.
• Organize and prioritize changing needs throughout the day.
• Anticipate upcoming needs and take initiative on assigned responsibilities.
• Handle purchases, returns, pickups, deliveries, and other personal errands.
• Research products, services, reservations, and other resources as requested.
• Maintain organization of personal information, ongoing requests, and administrative materials.
• Manage calendars, scheduling, reservations, reminders, and follow-up items.
• Coordinate appointments and logistics.
• Communicate professionally with vendors, service providers, and other contacts.
• Assist with special projects and changing priorities.
• Support the broader team as needed while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Previous Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, administrative, hospitality, or other high-touch service experience is preferred.
• Genuine interest in building a long-term career as a professional Personal Assistant.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Strong work ethic with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Comfortable handling both administrative responsibilities and everyday personal tasks.
• Professional, discreet, and respectful of privacy and confidentiality.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be comfortable working approximately 10-hour workdays with additional overtime as needed.
• Must be available to work in person in Santa Monica, California.

Compensation

• $35 per hour.
• Overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate.
• Additional overtime may be required and will be compensated accordingly.

Job Description

APE Casting is seeking two male performers for an indoor production filming in Santa Monica, California. The selected talent will portray masked characters on camera and must provide their own formal black wardrobe matching the reference look. Performers should be comfortable wearing the character mask for most of their time on camera.

Job Responsibilities

• Appear as a masked character during filming.
• Wear the required mask for most on-camera scenes.
• Follow direction from the production and casting teams.
• Provide and wear the requested formal wardrobe.
• Remain professional and camera-ready throughout filming.

Requirements

• Two male performers needed.
• Height: approximately 5’10”.
• Must have brown hair.
• Must be comfortable wearing a mask for extended periods.
• Must own a black suit, black tie, and black dress shoes matching the reference.
• Must be available to work in Santa Monica, California.

Compensation

• $300 for up to 12 hours.
