Our client, a global pre-IPO Cyber Security innovator and market leader are currently hiring for a Creative & Design Director to specialise and act as global SME in all things brand, content (written and visual) and messaging for their global marketing organisation.
Responsibilities
- Bring products, campaigns, and stories to life.
- Manage storytelling and help drive revenue and pipeline through compelling story, content and messaging
- Frame the narrative; simplify the complex and create compelling stories & visuals.
- Act as both a player and a coach in terms of strategy, design and execution of campaign and projects

Riverside Entertainment is an award-winning production company and creative studio headquartered in Los Angeles and Nashville that specializes in branded, network promo, original documentary, series and scripted content for Disney, Netflix, Viacom, Hulu, Discovery, Comcast, and numerous brand partners.
We are looking for a Creative Content Producer to support our production team in the creation of promotion, BTS, EPK and documentary style content creation. This is a full-time, exempt position responsible for the management of creative production on digital focused content, ensuring excellence throughout proposal, production, post, and delivery.
This position reports to Riverside’s Managing Director and Head of Production. Physical location is flexible (Los Angeles preferred), but a strong familiarity and background with networks, agencies, brands and creatives in Los Angeles is a must. The position will also require travel that will be considered on a project by project basis.
The Creative Content Producer will work to conceptualize, execute, and produce high quality digital video and multimedia content based on the client’s vision and the approved budget. Source and pitch new directors based on project needs, as well as oversee the production process from start to finish. On set the Creative Content Producer is the bridge of communication between the client, the Director and the production department heads. This role will champion the client’s approved creative vision, while also representing the goals of the company. There may also be opportunities to work as the Director, on a project by project basis.
The Creative Producer will
- Work closely with clients and other stakeholders to determine what kind of content should be produced, then use their creativity and technical skills to bring that content to life
- Independently manage projects and utilize internal and external resources as required
- Develop creative on all/most company projects into an approved (billable) concept
- Manage and support the director’s through pitch phase
- Troubleshoot creative changes through entire production process
- Manage digital production budgets through wrap

Experience:

ABOUT THIS ROLE
Audible’s Entertainment Content Acquisition & Development Team owns the full cycle business relationships with global talent agencies, TV/Film studios, production studios, celebrities, and representation organizations that serve as Audible’s top global creators. We work with agencies and organizations on new deal generation and deal renewals for prospective and current top partners. Additionally, the team ensures successful post-signing go to market planning across the relevant teams at Audible and Amazon. You will support internal business strategy efforts and creative executives for top-tier Audible partners including contract negotiation and execution. You have a history of closing and bringing to fruition deals in the entertainment industry and new media and able to assist the global Audible team to negotiate terms that benefit Audible customers.

As a Director, Content Acquisition & Development (Entertainment Group), you will…
- Serve as lead or second chair negotiator on audio entertainment deals.
- Structure, negotiate and execute mid to large-sized audio entertainment industry deals independently in support of larger team initiatives.
- Structure, negotiate and execute mid to large-sized deals for inbound film/TV rights needed for projects on the platform, as well as negotiate deals at Networks/Streamers/Buyers when we sell our audio to 3rd party financiers.
- Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential entertainment industry partners such as film/TV studios, celebrities, production studios, writers, agents, managers, and publishers.
- Build relationships and represent the entertainment deals’ team to various internal stakeholders including Editorial/Creative, Finance, BI, Marketing, PR, Content Services, Content Partnerships, and Content Creation teams.
- Identify and prepare projects for internal support and valuation by presenting data, preparing budgets, P&Ls, and drafting proposed deal terms
- Manage, prioritize, and execute high volume deal flow against specific metrics.
- Track and communicate deal terms within the organization and provide for first line of enforcement of deal terms if necessary.

- Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Strong background in negotiation and relationship management.
- Organizational and project management experience.
- Experience with intellectual property rights.
- Experience working with cross functional teams under aggressive deadlines.

- Masters or other advanced degree (JD).
- Previous experience in and understanding of both the digital and traditional media spaces.
- Previous experience in the audio space, acquiring or selling audio rights.
- Previous experience in the theater and/or music industry.
- Passionate about storytelling, the evolution of audio, theater, music and consuming audio content.
- Strong aptitude to use Salesforce, and company-wide Project Management tools.
