As a Producer, you will have the opportunity to be part of a team that is responsible for creating and coordinating production staff, videos, content and stage production. You will be responsible for the budget, timeline, and quality of the finished product.

About the Role:

If you know how to take an idea from strategy to solutions, you could be Morley’s next Senior Creative Producer. In this remote role, you’ll be responsible for leading the planning and production of creative campaigns and digital projects for Fortune 500 clients and internal deliverables for corporate communications and marketing.
From inception to execution, you will ensure that the process of project planning, workflow management, vendor negotiation, budgeting, video production, digital asset production and print production delivers best-in-class work.
As a proven Senior Creative Producer, you’re gifted at working at the intersection of business and creativity. You will work collaboratively with the creative team, project managers, account managers, other agencies, clients and content producers to schedule resources, create timelines and develop budgets. You are passionate about being organized and making things run smoothly and efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage digital, video and print projects from ideation/production to post production in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Track and ensure the development of project-based documentation such as SOWs, cost estimates, risk assessments, production schedules, work assignments, status reports, project budgets, key milestones, change control, resource availability, deadlines, quality assurance, etc.
  • Collaborate masterfully with a cross-functional team comprised of Creative Directors, Editors, Animators, Designers, Writers, Producers and other creatives to develop clear, high-performing creative concepts and formats on budget and on time
  • Maintain communications with internal and external clients
  • Facilitate, document and disseminate decisions to key stakeholders
  • Seek and address cross-functional feedback and stakeholder approvals
  • Build a database of reliable and talented creative freelancers. Assist in the sourcing and negotiation of specialist skill sets required for specific projects.
  • Leverage in-house design resources, video production facilities and digital asset management systems

Assistant Video Producer, UCAN AV Studio

Seeking an individual who will support our clients’ Creative Content Managers on the AV Studio team (specifically for US/CANADA markets). Key responsibilities include being able to ensure AV creative content assets are QC’d, delivered on time for maximum impact, and supporting the overall mechanics of executing shoots and delivery of content to all internal partners. Being a passionate and excited storyteller, being hyper organized, and being collaborative are critical to the success of this position.

Ideal Candidate.

This person is someone who has the ambition of being a producer and/or editor and can multitask well. Someone who is able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively against deadlines in a high volume environment with grace and patience. The candidate may have a history of working at a large agency or within an internal creative department at a studio (i.e. Disney’s Hive or Uni’s Inside Job). At their core, they understand project management and have an appreciation for and a passion for creativity, and most importantly for FILM. This person has 3 – 4 years experience working across TV or Films in a marketing, publicity creative or production capacity. This person LOVES film, always seeks ancillary show content – searching for and scouring the internet for more. Creative content, talent interviews, everything they can get their hands on when it comes to the shows they love and watch. Who We Seek:

We are looking for a talented Freelance Producer with deep Discord knowledge to support a heritage fashion brand who recently launched a server for a community of aspiring and practicing musicians. What You’ll Bring

  • Strong people and negotiation skills

Position Overview:

In this role, you’ll manage and execute day-to-day public relations efforts as well as the influencer marketing program.

As our PR and influencer lead, you will help craft messaging, and leverage media/influencer relationships to create compelling narratives that support Yellowpop’s vision and mission.

The PR & Influencer manager should have proficiency in consumer brand storytelling. The ideal candidate also has strong relationships in the interior design/art space and retail media across national and regional (primarily Miami and NY) business and consumer press.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute Influencer strategy to support our business goals
  • Build influencer target lists to support evergreen and seasonal campaigns
  • Conduct influencer outreach and relationship building
  • Negotiate with influencers and prepare contracts
  • Prepare creative/content briefs for influencer content
  • Approve influencer content
  • Report on influencer content
  • Bring new, creative influencer marketing ideas to the table!
  • Manage PR efforts across channels and, in some cases, liaise with PR agency
  • Develop dynamic PR strategies to support key business objectives.

  • 3+ years of PR experience at agency or brand

Who You Are:

As the Assistant Web Producer, you are responsible for supporting the web production team in updating and maintaining the e-commerce and content websites related to the U.S. and global businesses. What You’ll Do:

  • Help manage day-to-day efforts to ensure smooth and efficient website refreshes including promotion and campaign updates
  • Assist in trafficking creative assets and code changes
