Ragtag bunch of hooligans seeks a multi-talented creator to produce, edit and animate integrated campaigns for health, wellness and better-for-you food brands.

The Creative Producer is the solution-oriented force behind an idea coming to life. They have an eye for composition and design, and they can also run with creative direction from their teammates. They have a creator-first mentality and enjoy jumping from shooting to editing to motion graphics for all types of content, including emerging platforms like TikTok. Ultimately, the Creative Producer dives into the details of the day-to-day work, explores different ways to execute creative concepts and takes charge in the studio to make it happen.

At SRW, our content is sometimes novel, sometimes fun, sometimes pretty, but always authentic. The Creative Producer will work within SRW’s Creative Department and collaborate with Strategy, Account Management and Project Management teams through the creative process to produce effective content.

Your Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the creative vision and lead the execution of photo and video shoots in partnership with creative teammates
  • Organize all aspects of shoots within our studio from upfront prep, securing product and ordering props through editing and motion graphics (do this across multiple projects simultaneously)
  • Apply your passion and experience creating social media content to constantly push the envelope on the work we create for TikTok, Instagram and beyond
  • Learn and understand clients’ audience insights, product benefits, offers, KPIs, brand standards and production specifications to influence the work
  • Work with Account Management and Strategy teams to apply best practices for communicating with wellness and natural food audiences
  • Inject fun, insight, and general hooliganism into the Creative team daily

Requirements

  • Education in art direction, design, videography or film; or equivalency in experience
  • 2+ years hands on experience in an agency or production house concepting, shooting and editing
  • Strong portfolio of work showcasing integrated campaigns (big ideas to execution) in the CPG/food space; consumer PR and Influencer experience are a plus
  • Must have demonstrated experience creating and executing social content; TikTok content strongly preferred
  • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, plus have editing and motion software experience

We’re looking for a Creative Producer to join our Los Angeles team! The ideal candidate has past success in the direct-to-consumer space, ideally with consumer packaged goods and user generated content.

Responsibilities

  • Creative Ideation and Storytelling: Ideate, pitch shoot concepts, and script your video concepts in a clear voice to tell a specific story about a product to a specific audience, scaling what works well and nixing what doesn’t
  • Assist other Producers and the Creative Director in turning scripts into shot lists and fully fleshed out shoots.
  • Proactively engage in meetings with the production team to determine the creative elements needed to fully execute on concept.
  • Project management: Work across brands and clients with a team of directors, editors and producers. Able to juggle multiple concepts scripting and concepting, at the same time as other projects in post-production with a video editor.
  • Occasionally direct digital media video advertisements: testimonials, food shoots/styling, glam product shoots, modeling, etc.
  • Win: Make informed decisions to capture an audience and convert them to customers

Qualifications

  • A portfolio of digital content you have helped create (or created yourself), and the ability to talk about the strategy that informed each piece in the portfolio
  • 3+ years experience in Entertainment marketing, advertising or content creation
  • 2+ years experience in editing in Adobe Premiere
  • 2+ years experience in shooting using DSLR cameras
  • Able to combine streamlined copywriting and visual narratives into one medium
  • Ability to bring ideas to life on a white board, big stage presentation, or finished content

THE ROLE

Dion Lee has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Creative Producer to work on our multi-faceted USA business. This dynamic role will begin as a freelance position, with the potential to grow into a full-time in-house role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end to end production, including pre and postproduction for the business from stills + motion campaigns, to social media content, e-commerce shoots and brand-driven projects. This individual will partner with the creatives, cross functions teams and external talent to drive successful productions and realise creative concepts on time and to budget.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• End to end production of all Dion Lee content + special projects, including management of the production schedule

• Development of production timelines, ensuring briefs are delivered on brand and on budget

• Negotiation and booking of all models, talent and creative teams

• Location research, site visits, studio bookings and permit filing (where necessary)

• Negotiation and management of appropriate usage rights for all original assets produced

• Oversee all suppliers and coordinate insurance and legal documents where relevant

The move allows BRON to broaden and expand its production and produce high quality content with much faster turnarounds.

We are seeking an Associate Producer to join our team, cross our Digital animated shows.

CONVICTS is looking for an experienced, multi-faceted Executive Producer to join the team and oversee our production department. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver at heart, with a “can-do” attitude, who knows that every day will be different, and quite frankly, loves that. The EP is responsible for producing the absolute best creative work possible across the worlds of video, social media content, strategy, digital ads, photography, campaigns and more. This role requires big-picture thinking and strong attention to detail. A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills – able to engage with a range of collaborators, stakeholders, clients and creatives, whilst always keeping the best interests of client and team in mind.

In this role the Executive Producer will support CONVICTS by:

  • Supervising and overseeing the production team of CONVICTS. You will be responsible for managing in-house producers as well as a range of freelance contractors hired to complete each project including producers, directors, editors, strategists, project managers and digital marketing experts.
  • Managing the production department, including advising on workflows & processes, data & media management, contracts & legal reviews as well as detailed financial supervision of each project to ensure the department stays within budget every step of the way.
  • Liaising with senior management and conducting bi-weekly check-ins to assess the status of all productions, discuss problems & ensure that all projects are adequately resources and remaining within budget
  • Liaising with our Agency Managing director & accounts team, to ensure that all clients are satisfied with our work & keeping the accounts team abreast of upcoming new business opportunities
  • Overseeing the production process of all projects from conception to delivery including client briefings, budget creation & negotiation, pre-production, shoot, post-production, distribution, marketing & strategy development.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The right candidate for this role has the following qualifications:

  • 8+ years experience in advertising agencies or media publishing brands as a Producer, Senior Producer or Executive Producer
  • Expert-level experience in managing different workflows and deliveries for video, photography, motion graphics, digital campaigns and strategy work
  • Advanced experience in negotiating bids with clients to ensure the right budget is given
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at one time and oversee a production department including administrative and team aspects
  • Experience in developing creative and participating in the pitch process that leads to successful job awards

Bespoke Luxury Marketing is looking for a DP and Video Editor to join our fast-growing team.  The right candidate should have experience crafting luxury content and telling compelling stories. This person will be responsible for producing and editing engaging video content for our clients.
