The Associate Agency Producer will work directly with client services and business affairs to help manage various projects that will go from concept through delivery.. This is a hands-on position with ownership in managing project timelines, and any conflicts that arise from development and through the production process. This role requires a focus on problem solving and the ability to find the best solution to changing scope and deliveries by understanding how to quickly pivot to a new direction. In this role you will work closely with business affairs. creatives, clients and client services on various projects that can be original  production requests all the way to versioning existing content. Our producers are also passionate about being content creators for social and other content needs, if and when needed. 

Understands the details and processes that go into production workflow and pipeline. You bring positivity and enthusiasm to every project you touch, while making sure that final deliveries are always on time, on budget, and exceed creative expectations. In addition to the work, you love being part of a team and working collaboratively through the process. You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and deliver quality work in a time-crunch, and you have a unique passion and proficiency for your craft. Last but not least, you’re efficient, organized and accountable, giving proper attention to detail and bringing the full team along in the process.

Responsibilities

  • Provide status updates for creative projects you own
  • Collaborate with Resource Management on project expectations and creative needs to properly forecast and assign appropriate resources
  • Collaborate directly with assigned creatives by briefing them on project guidelines, expectations and timelines
  • Organize all necessary details, direction and specs to ensure the team can execute in a timely manner
  • Update budgets with project details
  • Plans and manages versioning schedules and oversees post production artists to ensure that timelines are met.
  • Oversees day-to-day localization workflow ensuring all projects and operations are running smoothly.
  • Ensures a standard of consistency, accuracy and excellence across all localized deliverables
  • Forecasting deliverables, dependencies, and anticipate obstacles
  • Communicate daily on task & project status with team and Resource Management
  • Proactively communicate forecasting details to internal team and client
  • Manage internal workflow and external client workflow
  • Identify, schedule, and manage project resources on an ongoing basis
  • Leading weekly project status meetings and report on project status
  • Monitor hours billed towards projects on a weekly basis
  • Managing projects’ scope of work and adjust resources based on additional client requests
  • Review creative and give notes as needed
  • Creative quality control

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience
  • You must be Bilingual (native English/ Spanish) to be considered for this role
  • Strong experience managing project timelines and resources
  • Ability to work well with a team of talented people, but capable of working independently
  • Possess a proactive, positive, collaborative attitude, with a fun energy

Empire Entertainment is a dynamic, full-service event production company that conceptualizes, designs, and executes entertainment-driven projects for corporations, associations, not-for-profits, and private interests. Based in New York City and Los Angeles, we produce over 100 projects annually including concerts, award shows, charity galas, premieres, and public-facing promotional events. 

 

We are seeking intelligent, organized, resourceful and energetic NYC-based candidates to support the Empire Entertainment team in the creation and management of live and virtual events. The successful candidate will be able to complete large volumes of varied tasks, work diligently and with appropriate urgency, communicate efficiently and effectively with the teams one is supporting, and creatively solve challenges that arise within the day-to-day work of event production.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support Producers in coordinating, planning, managing, and producing events
  • Conduct research for event elements including potential venues, talent, entertainment, guest services, innovative event and décor concepts, new technologies, branding initiatives, permitting requirements, etc., and update company databases with all new information
  • Support Producers in building venue, talent, and creative proposals for new and current clients
  • Lead and produce project elements or segments, scope pending on project needs – including reporting directly to clients on planning and progress (under the guidance of the Producer)
  • Work with Producers to draft proposals, budgets, production schedules, run of shows, and other deliverables documents and more
  • Take and circulate notes for all project calls as well as track all emails and update master project documents accordingly (often supported by a project coordinator)
  • Track all project deliverables
  • Assist Producers in the coordinating and scheduling of all project meetings and calls
  • Contract project-based vendors and freelancers, coordinate payments and invoicing
  • Work onsite through load-in, event, and load-out, overseeing various components of events and / or vendors efficiently, and with professionalism
  • Oversee staffing plan on projects assigned, for onsite (or virtual) staff, conducting walkthroughs, training, etc.
  • Work with Producers to draft case studies on completed projects to live on company website

 

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience in the event and entertainment industry  
  • NYC-based applicants
  • Extensive knowledge of the event production process, and with standard event documents such as production schedules, run of shows, etc. 
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to follow-up and complete tasks in a timely and responsible manner
  • Proficient in vendor contracts (being able to work with talent contracts is a plus)
  • Positive can-do attitude with strong initiative, follow through, and attention to detail
  • Creative problem-solver with an ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as Google Drive and Dropbox 
  • Eagerness and ability to work long hours onsite, managing small teams and event components with composure and professionalism
  • Familiarity with and / or interest in current musical, theatrical and comedy talent, is a plus
  • Familiarity with NYC-based production vendors is a plus
  • Familiarity with virtual events on various platforms is a plus

We’re looking to cast 3 x friends or housemates to feature in an alcohol advertisement. Looking for people with a bold and unique look to match their larger-than-life personality

We’re casting several roles for a weight loss commercial filming Feb. 10 – 11 (Thursday and Friday) in the Pittsburgh area. 

You must be local to the Greater Pittsburgh region and be available on both days (although you may only perform one day, we don’t yet know which day that will be).

The roles/rates are: 

CLIENT/MOM: Female, 40s, Caucasian, brown hair. You’re not an athlete, but you’re a regular mom who is able to lift light weights to workout. May deliver one or two lines of dialogue. Two days,  $2,200 total. 

COACH/TRAINER: Female, 30s-40s, any race/ethnicity. You don’t have to be Olympic-level fit, but you should be in relatively good shape. May deliver one or two lines of dialogue. One day, $1,100 total. 

DAD: Male, 40s, Caucasian. Regular dad vibes. Must be able to comfortably interact with “family” on camera. No dialogue. One day, $700 total. 

SON: Male, 6-12, Caucasian. Must be able to take direction and comfortably–and reliably– interact with “family” on camera. No dialogue. One day, $500 total.

DAUGHTER: Female, 6-12 Caucasian. Must be able to take direction and comfortably–and reliably– interact with “family” on camera. No dialogue. One day, $500 total.
