Responsibilities

  • Sport Product & Performance
    • Assure quality, control, and strength of both youth and adult programs through site visits and serve as a site lead for programs whenever necessary

    • Execute fundraising activities with the support of league hosts

Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience
  • Ability to work nights and weekends. This will not fall into a general work-week and hours will typically fall Sunday-Thursday between 12:00 p.m. – 10:00.p.m.)
  • Can marshal resources effectively and comfortably
  • Can navigate a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with minimal supervision

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, shopping, build and construction of all costume items required for assigned accounts and projects.
  • Liaise and negotiate with current and potential vendors to ensure items sourced are most cost effective and durable.

Job Description

The Senior Manager, Entertainment Production Design is responsible for the design, execution, and workflow of all environmental design, costume design, props/set dressing, and placemaking elements for new and reoccurring projects from concept through completion. Direct leadership of the Production/Costume Design, Props, and Placemaking teams. Oversees hiring and work assignments, in addition to continued development and management of staff.

  • Assign projects and duties to direct reports and communicate ongoing expectations.
  • In collaboration with other area leaders, manage the design calendars, schedules and deadlines to make sure design teams hit all requirements.

Job Purpose:

NBCUniversal is seeking an experienced Director of Post-Production to support day-to-day operations of the television post-production department. Reporting to the SVP Post-Production, the Director of Post-Production will guide and support our slate of primarily scripted productions, providing leadership, vision, and strategy in alignment with the mission and goals of NBCUniversal. Currently Universal Television and Universal Content Productions have a combined 50+ active productions in various stages of pre-production, production, and post-production.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Help oversee high volume of scripted comedy and drama productions.
  • Work with producers, production companies and networks throughout the life of the project.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, production, business affairs, legal, finance, distribution, and communications to ensure their needs are fulfilled.
  • Build and maintain relationships with post-production talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key production and post-production vendors.
  • Implement processes and systems that increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor all our shows and ensure they are providing weekly updates to Sr. management along with timely and accurate cost reporting.

  • Assess bids from key post and VFX vendors; manage contract administration.

As a video producer for Homes.com (a subsidiary of CoStar Group) you’ll be part of a team crafting stories that give home buyers a street-level window into the lifestyle and vibe of neighborhoods throughout the country as they shop for their new home. And you’re helping agents grow their business by connecting with new clients.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a critical thinker and a creative problem solver. You’ll draw on experience in documentary-style storytelling, commercial shoots, and marketing content to create engaging, persuasive, and entertaining visuals for all corners of Homes.com. Multiple rounds of changes and feedback are part of the job, so adaptability is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Have a strong understanding of working with talent and the ability to make them comfortable in front of the camera through conversations, and on-cam training.
  • Work collaboratively to develop ideas with other members of the Homes.com in-house video content team as well as writers, producers, vendors, etc.
  • Pre-production (location scouting, storyboarding, treatment, and scriptwriting, preparing for on-camera interviews, etc.)
  • Coordinate all aspects of video content creation for projects assigned by Director of Video Production.
  • Work to streamline the shooting process to create an efficient and seamless process from the beginning of a project to completion.
  • Ability to travel.

Basic Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5+ years’ experience as a producer at a cable network, brand, or agency.
  • In-depth experience and knowledge with video equipment such as cameras, lighting, sound, etc.
  • Experience producing & shooting on location, as well as in the studio.
  • Skilled at casting for projects. A people person.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere, Audition, and After Effects.
  • Capable of editing with the ability to meet tight deadlines and quickly turning around high-end video content.
  • Supervised reversions or repackaging of content including re-narration, postproduction audio, music, scripting, graphics, etc.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and detail oriented.
  • Excellent communicator who can clearly explain project needs to internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environments.

The Senior Video Production Manager will report directly to the Director of the photo and video team and supervise those team members of the video production team. The Senior Video Production Manager will be responsible for the creation, completion, and quality of all video projects for Jazwares business needs.

What you will do:

  • Organize and direct all aspects of video production, including location scouting, talent selection, audio production and acting as lead cinematographer
  • Conduct/participate in pre-production meetings for efficient and accurate workflow together with the video coordinator.
  • Operate or coordinate operation of lights, audio, and camera support equipment
  • Own the post-production workflow on all video projects, including video/audio editing, color correction, etc.
  • Together with the video coordinator distribute and coordinate projects with the other members of the team
  • Manage creation and distribution of all video assets
  • Work with advertising, video production, or other third-party agencies as needed
  • Advise on equipment needs and upgrades
  • Advise on workflow optimization which includes but is not limited to, internal video process, asset management, approval workflows, internal communication
  • Supervise and mentor the video team coordinators, team members and freelance collaborators
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in video production or other industry relevant field, or a comparable trade degree
  • 10+ years of experience in video production including videography and editing
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Exhibit interest and knowledge of the current trends/innovations as well as an understanding the competitive marketplace
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office & G-Suite
  • Able to work cross functionally and reciprocally with multiple departments
  • Able to multitask, organize, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively
  • Expert level skills in Adobe Suite (Premier Pro, After Effects)
  • Extensive knowledge in video formats and conversions
  • Exceptional cinematography skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge in all areas of video production, including storyboarding, lighting, sound, cinematography, editing, color correction, and publishing
  • Highlight reel and portfolio of work
  • The Senior Video Production Manager will be required to work in office as needed for video capture and editing projects. Work from home opportunities will be based on workload
