The Senior Video Production Manager will report directly to the Director of the photo and video team and supervise those team members of the video production team. The Senior Video Production Manager will be responsible for the creation, completion, and quality of all video projects for Jazwares business needs.

What you will do:

• Organize and direct all aspects of video production, including location scouting, talent selection, audio production and acting as lead cinematographer
• Conduct/participate in pre-production meetings for efficient and accurate workflow together with the video coordinator.
• Operate or coordinate operation of lights, audio, and camera support equipment
• Own the post-production workflow on all video projects, including video/audio editing, color correction, etc.
• Together with the video coordinator distribute and coordinate projects with the other members of the team
• Manage creation and distribution of all video assets
• Work with advertising, video production, or other third-party agencies as needed
• Advise on equipment needs and upgrades
• Advise on workflow optimization which includes but is not limited to, internal video process, asset management, approval workflows, internal communication
• Supervise and mentor the video team coordinators, team members and freelance collaborators
• Perform other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in video production or other industry relevant field, or a comparable trade degree
• 10+ years of experience in video production including videography and editing
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Exhibit interest and knowledge of the current trends/innovations as well as an understanding the competitive marketplace
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office & G-Suite
• Able to work cross functionally and reciprocally with multiple departments
• Able to multitask, organize, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Able to work independently or collaboratively
• Expert level skills in Adobe Suite (Premier Pro, After Effects)
• Extensive knowledge in video formats and conversions
• Exceptional cinematography skills
• Demonstrated knowledge in all areas of video production, including storyboarding, lighting, sound, cinematography, editing, color correction, and publishing
• Highlight reel and portfolio of work
• The Senior Video Production Manager will be required to work in office as needed for video capture and editing projects. Work from home opportunities will be based on workload
• Effective problem solver and critical thinker; proactive in resolving issues
• Ability to cultivate and foster strong working relationships with partners, brand, retail, marketing teams to drive program execution
• Leadership skills: able to coach, mentor, inspire, motivate, and develop employees
• Ability to deal effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levels in a professional manner

As Design Manager, in our Creative Services team, you will create cutting-edge design executions and work in collation with the Sales Team and other Graphics Designers to create dynamic merchandising graphics for in-store displays.

The ideal candidate will be meticulous and goal-oriented with a keen eye for great design. They can move a concept from a paper sketch through production and see it come alive as a 3D structure. They are excellent listeners, communicators, and inter-departmental collaborators.

What you will do:

• Create cutting-edge design executions while adhering to Brand objectives and guidelines.
• Oversee and collaborate closely with Designers and the Sales team to develop and create in-store displays experiences.
• Communicate project concepts and status updates to internal and external teammates and vendors.
• Prepare press-ready files based on supplied specifications for several types of printing and be able to resolve any artwork issues during production.
• Review and proof graphic materials before the product is marked as complete.
• Manage project assignments and resource allocation
• Manage a team of designers and empower them to grow and foster forward thinking, you will maximize each designers’ skill within the team and nurture their areas of opportunity
• Guide your team to best fulfill strategic product needs

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, visual arts, or other relevant field
• 5+ years of design experience, including merchandising or in-store graphics design
• 3+ years of management experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite: Primarily Photoshop and Illustrator. ArtiosCAD is a plus
• Strong graphic design, typography, and layout skills.
• Experience in a consumer goods industry
• Experience in a global organization
• Ability to follow style guides for licensed brands but also have the creativity and freedom to explore unique designs and activations for our own brands.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members.
• Be meticulous about clean production with proper resolutions, color and size accuracies, clean file setups, etc.
• Flexibility approach and adaptability to a growing, non-structured environment.
• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills when filing, communicating, and saving assets
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and motivation to deliver the highest quality work
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail, requiring careful proofreading of text and material
• Ability to manage designers and projects to ensure that all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice
