We are looking to cast a range of young, unique + confident individuals in an upcoming campaign for a popular fast-food restaurant. People who aren’t afraid to show off their style – tattoos + interesting hairstyles are very welcome!

You should have some skating ability, but you don’t have to be a pro – looking to represent a diverse range of backgrounds and body types within the skating community ????

Looking for a range of authentic individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life.

This project is filming in BRISBANE (QLD), but we are casting across NSW + VIC as well as BRISBANE + surrounding areas.

TALENT FEES: Selected Talent will receive between $1,000 – $1,500 AUD for 1 x 10 hr call and an additional $3,500 – $15,000 AUD if they appear in the final advertising material (final fee is dependent on role).

About the Role:

Anthem Entertainment is looking for a Toronto based Human Resource Manager! This position will be responsible for the effective and consistent coordination and implementation of HR business processes, functions and procedures. In this role, you will manage the full employee lifecycle – from managing key programs like performance management and total rewards to optimizing internal operations, you will help shape our processes and programs and bring a deep understanding of People Operations to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and continue to build out end-to-end onboarding processes, continuously reviewing and iterating to ensure a best in class experience
  • Manage internal stakeholders throughout the onboarding process, and interact directly with new hires through background checks, HR system setup, I9 verification, and orientation to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience
  • Create SLAs and benchmark HR’s performance both internally and externally
  • Build a strong rapport with team members across the organization, and serve as an internal resource and point of contact for questions related to HR, payroll, benefits, etc.
  • Maintain our HR systems and data integrity to ensure accuracy and consistency of employee information; devises process to audit data and solve for irregularities
  • Drive HR process improvement across the HR function (Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering, L&D, Benefits) by gaining an understanding of current processes, evaluating their effectiveness and crafting a future roadmap
  • Maintain and develop employee record keeping processes within our system, ensuring data integrity
  • Own and maintain vendor relationships, as well as evaluation and implementation of new vendors
  • Own employee data processes such as org. charts and employee anniversary initiative
  • Ensure that we remain compliant with all regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

  • Have at least 5 years of HR or Service Delivery Operations experience with exposure to a range of HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, compliance, leave, benefits, and people processes
  • Have experience with People systems (HRIS) and processes including setting them up, transitioning vendors and improving on existing infrastructure
  • Adept at identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities
  • Familiar with regulatory requirements pertaining to workplace practices
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with all members of the care team, and with members of the public
  • Ability to think quickly and solve problems in the moment

We are casting locals of all ages residing in the Illawarra + Shoalhaven areas to feature in a campaign for an Australian Health Fund. This campaign focuses on community and small-town values, where everyone looks out for each other and lends a helping hand when needed.

No acting experience is necessary to get involved! We are looking for REAL LOCALS who are community-minded and have a natural charm and charisma.

The Executive Producer will provide creative oversight, management, and editorial leadership for “This Week”. The Executive Producer:

The Stage Manager I position supports Studio & Remote productions activities. The Stage Manager will be the eyes and ears for the Director in the studio and on stage for remote productions, relaying specific direction to talent and the technical crew. Ensure that all sets are in place and that production positions are staffed. Anticipate, and troubleshoot if necessary, problems that may arise in the studio during a production and alert the Director to any of these potential issues. Communicate any rundown changes and how they may affect camera blocking and talent positions in the studio.

Accountabilities:

  • Oversees an assigned studio. Ensures that the Director has all materials and equipment needed to direct the production. Ensures that sets are in place and working; and that needed studio positions are staffed.

  • Ensures talent needs are met in terms of equipment, including iPads, proper chairs, pens/papers, mirrors.

  • Arranges the positioning of floor monitors based on talent locations.

  • Participates in pre-production activities.

  • Coordinates with and ensures the availability of assigned talent and guests.

  • Assists the Director with studio floor management activities; controls the live or live-to-tape aspects of productions.

  • Identifies and reports issues with studios and production staff to the appropriate organizational unit; follows-up to ensure the resolution of identified studio operation issues.

  • Ensures compliance of assigned tasks with established standard operating procedures.

  • Oversees the management and distribution of studio props.

  • Sends out daily communication of Stage Manager coverage.

  • Practices and maintains the performance standards as they apply to leadership, communication, operations, personal development and productions, and consistently perform all of the duties and functions required of the role of Stage Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be highly motivated, willing to work unusual hours and must demonstrate the ability to work under pressure to meet ever-changing deadlines.

You are adept at creating strong multi-platform content and are able to work as a fill-in producer from time to time. You will provide coaching and training for multiple direct reports; conduct performance reviews; and foster and encourage collaboration among cross-functioning departments, including but not limited to – News 12 networks, News 12 Interactive, marketing, promotions and social media. All while ensuring all content meets News 12 Network standards for journalistic integrity and production quality. You will work together with the News Director and other News Gathering and News Production staffers to lead and innovate our evening news coverage from linear to digital to streaming.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum 5 years of experience in programming development, people management and operations at an entertainment, news or media company
  • Experience in overseeing traditional and/or new media content and programming development with demonstrated expertise in building, maintaining and growing targeted niche markets
