About The Position

The Golden State Warriors are looking for a Digital Asset Assistant to help implement our technical and media management strategy for Warriors Studio. In this role, you will sort, catalog, and enter metadata for media assets within our database. The ideal candidate will have a passion for new technological tools, strategies, and the ability to learn the Studio asset management system. This position reports to the Senior Media Manager.

This is a part-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Log media assets using the established metadata schema within CatDV, our media asset management platform
  • Locate and advise MAM team of any problem assets or issues within the interface or database.
  • Perform base level media management workflow tasks as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience and Skills

  • Proficiency in organizing video files and transfers across local and remote servers and storage networks
  • Familiarity with video fundamentals (i.e., frame rates, sync and timecode), audio and lighting for video, color correction, editing, video file formats and properties, video transcoding principles, and media asset life cycles in a production environment
  • Attention to detail, and ability to maintain accuracy and precision across multiple records
  • Ability to assess and adjust attention to assigned workflows as needed; suggest and provide alternatives as needed

Job Description

The Entertainment Production group is responsible for producing live themed entertainment at Universal Studios Hollywood, including development of marquee events (Halloween Horror Nights, Holidays at Universal, etc), park entertainment of various scale (theatrical, street atmosphere, special events), placemaking efforts, and other notable special projects.

Working in a collaborative setting, the Production Designer is responsible for conceiving, defining, and developing the production design (‘environment’, scenic, set dressing, props, etc) within an assigned portfolio. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Production Design.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Working with the Show Director and/or Creative Director, develops concepts via sketches, storyboards, and photo studies to communicate preliminary design ideas.
  • Creates comprehensive show set packages to relay design details to internal project teams for review/approval and to vendors for bidding and construction.
  • Works with IP holders as needed on proper usage of brand, adhering to all style guides and specific IP requests.
  • Presents designs to project team and Senior Management to communicate vision and implementation of elements.
  • Monitors construction progress, assisting in identifying and resolving any unexpected conditions and/or discrepancies between the construction, drawings, and design intent.
  • Continually performs quality checks for ongoing creative maintenance of elements.

The Senior Producer will be responsible for supporting the VP of Experiential Production in helping to lead internal producers and external suppliers on several simultaneous projects. This position will manage/support key client projects, with a ranging scope size, from production brief to implementation. Qualifications

Job Description

The Senior Producer will be responsible for supporting the VP of Experiential Production in helping to lead internal producers and external suppliers on several simultaneous projects. This position will manage/support key client projects, with a ranging scope size, from production brief to implementation. These responsibilities include managing, monitoring, and maintaining the project scope, task timeline, operating budget, required staff/resources, and overall quality of the resulting deliverable. The Senior Producer supports external client relationships and is responsible for overall experiential production satisfaction, quality of service provided by the extended production team, partners or vendors delivering on-time, on-budget completion of agency services. The Senior Producer must be able to sustain relationships with clients and serve as the client’s production marketing partner.

The Senior Producer position serves as an internal Experiential Production team leader and will operate production projects independently but also supervise a team of program managers, project coordinators and production specialists responsible for executional excellence in all client activation and/or event activities. Continue to work with the existing experiential production team to further support an excellence in production performance culture in the department with clear accountabilities and metrics that allow continuous improvement and development. The role provides complete management of all onsite client project needs and is a hands’ on position whenever onsite. Responsible for executing client deliverables based on a written project-specific scope of work (SOW), budget, supplier contracts, venue research and coordination work as well as collaboration with each client/program lead to manage and track project P&L, as well as to deploy necessary production talent on projects.

This position requires a solid background of event production experience in the spirits, beer or wine industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

Client Communication and Relationship BuildingUtilizes excellent communication skills to build strong client relationships and deliver all elements of program elements with excellence

  • Interfaces at the mid-tier and production executive level, developing and maintaining client relationships; assists in providing long-term perspective for brand and business growth

  • Procurement of permits, civic documents, structural engineering docs, insurance COI’s, flame certs and other documents needed for a successful event
