Description

The Role

Pebble Studios are looking for a Production Assistant to join a talented team of producers, project managers, animators and artists, supporting and working on a variety of projects for the business for a range of world class clients.

Reporting into a Senior Producer, as well as supporting the wider Production team, the successful candidate will be responsible for helping deliver projects across a wide variety of mediums: Motion Graphics, 2D, 3D, Character and VFX/3D led projects – and outputs: TV, Social, Event Based & Immersive (VR&AR). Hotbed is seeking a skilled Executive Producer/Account Services Leader to join our growing team. This person will be the main client contact and project architect for the company, working with clients to build video engagements that solve their business challenges creatively and effectively. The Executive Producer will lead the Hotbed team of producers and artists in project and business performance, guiding them as they create and execute projects, ensuring their work meets client agreed-upon goals, and Hotbed standards of quality throughout.

The School of Art in the Kathrine G. McGovern College of the Arts at the University of Houston invites applications for a full-time, tenure track Assistant Professor of Photography and Digital Media position to begin Fall 2022. The School seeks outstanding candidates with a commitment to creative research and production; an active engagement with contemporary issues and discourse; and demonstrated adaptation to innovations in a dynamically evolving field. The successful candidate will have an active exhibition record and a developing record as a teacher and professional in the field of contemporary art. Responsibilities include a 2/3 teaching load comprising foundation, intermediate and advanced undergraduate and graduate courses in photography and/or video, including studio courses for majors in the candidate’s area of expertise; an ongoing program of scholarly research and creative work; and departmental, college, and university service. The role

We are looking for a Project Manager who can lead a campaign from the moment the client brief is received, all the way through to delivery. Accounts that this role would work on will most likely include Mars and Toyota/Lexus.

You’ll act as the lynchpin between all departments, ensuring work is allocated correctly, delivered on time and within budget and that all relevant stakeholders are satisfied with the work, driving projects that showcase the best of the Creative Production department.

You’ll be:

  • managing projects from brief through to delivery, including digital, social, DOOH, print, press campaigns
  • working closely with the project and account management teams on briefs, and supporting creatives
  • an authority during stressful moments, able to communicate priorities to relevant people
  • developing strong relationships within the agency at every level
  • on top of projects going through your accounts regardless of the level of your involvement
  • organising and running creative/wider team WIPs, and ensuring approvals/creative sign offs for the best quality work
  • working ad hoc on creative projects such as art buying, image sourcing, talent sourcing e.g. photographers/animators etc.

Skills/Experience

  • creative project management as well as producing print/press/DOOH and digital campaigns.
