Job Description

Carat is looking is looking for an eCommerce Marketing Senior Manager to support retail clients in multiple verticals., working with one of our largest clients, an automotive manufacturer Reporting into a Director of Retail Media, the Sr Manager will demonstrate the ability to plan, lead launches and optimization, and provide impactful reporting on client marketing campaigns within Amazon Sponsored Ads. You will play an essential role on client teams to build and execute large-scale campaigns and tests that deliver on our strategy for the client. You will deliver reporting, insights, and projects in a timely manner and within budget plans supporting the team with flawless execution. The ideal candidate would also enjoy working on cross-functional client teams, collaborating with other channel experts to drive integrated marketing support for our clients.

You Will

  • Manage ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign goals, including daily management of campaign budgets, bid management, reporting, keyword and targeting strategies, and campaign revisions based on performance history and our client’s goals.
  • Plan and execute retail search and retail display campaigns, including account setup, campaign builds, daily optimization, bid strategy development and managed and budget pacing.
  • Use the latest technology and best practices to build strategic automation into campaign management and reporting.
  • Work with our reporting teams and tech to develop and update performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis
  • Ensure campaigns follow best practice guidelines
  • Assist and attend regularly schedule client performance and status meetings and ad-hoc client presentations.
  • Collaborate across our client team and channels.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiasm for performance marketing, new platforms and the exciting world of eCommerce and emerging platforms.
  • At least 4 years digital performance marketing experience in Amazon.
  • Additional experience in eCommerce / retail search, paid search, PPC, paid social, programmatic, or related field preferred.
  • Experience managing budgets, meeting KPIs and informing KPI goals
  • Working knowledge of bid management platforms preferred
  • Strong excel skills and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify trends and insights through data analysis
  • Strong personal organizational, communication and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail. Experience collaborating with peers and guiding other team members.
  • Enjoy learning new platforms, skills and analyzing data and working with agility and learning more about retail media capabilities.
  • Well-honed communication skills with senior audiences
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and to develop relevant and realistic plans, programs and recommendations to solve client challenges

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000 – $106,000 annually. The Police Athletic League (PAL) is the largest independent youth organization in New York City that provides educational and recreational activities for children and young adults. PAL Inc. and The New York City Police Department work in partnership to provide communities with summer and after-school recreational and educational activities.

We are looking for a part-time Fashion Activity Specialist who will be responsible for developing and implementing a broad range of cultural and/or fine arts activities. Introduce participants to activities that promote creativity and self-expression for participants in the program. Direct and oversee all arts & crafts, creative, and performance activities according to the curriculum and/or center needs, in preparation for displays and entertainment at the PAL Celebration events. Plan, organize, and manage arts programming that is cohesive within the scope of the program. Perform administrative duties that support the above primary functions.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Model and uphold all Agency policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that age-appropriate activities are implemented for youth in 6-8th grades.
  • Plans organize and oversee varied activities with the support of Center leadership staff, Group Leaders, volunteers, and other specialty staff.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $25 and $35 per hour. The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies that increase Museum visitation, ticket sales, group sales, memberships and other earned revenue streams. The Manager will design and implement media plans that effectively reach target audiences and strengthen the Museum’s brand through digital and traditional channels. Marketing Strategy, Planning and Execution

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field with 10+ years of relevant marketing experience. Proven track record of running successful media campaigns (full-funnel). Ability to define and manage marketing budgets. Proficiency managing external relationships and agencies with excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills. Ability to test and learn local promotions and grassroots community outreach a plus. A good balance of creativity and analytic skills required. 5-8 years of experience with marketing strategy and/or media planning in an internal role or at an agency is a plus, including expertise across digital and social platforms. Expertise in evolving Marketing best practices, with an emphasis on digital marketing and marketing analytics. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and marketing materials. The role

The Marketing Director at Birge & Held is responsible for developing and managing a multi-channel marketing department that executes marketing strategies designed to capitalize on market opportunities and generate demand. They must maintain an awareness of trends in marketing design and strategically apply that knowledge to branding, advertising, and reputation management. The Marketing Director is ultimately accountable for the organization’s brand experience and reputation awareness. The Marketing Director must be a leader with extensive experience in multi-family, corporate branding, marketing strategy, graphic design, and leveraging current technology and data.

What you will do

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Translate our organization’s mission, vision, and values into brand strategies; develop and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Partner with leadership to promote Birge & Held, increase company and community engagement, clearly communicate, and grow awareness of our company’s purpose and values.
  • Lead the management and positioning of Birge & Held’s real estate brands to ensure consistent identity, messaging and integrity across all marketing platforms, collateral, and communications
  • Responsible for creating, implementing, and directing marketing activities for the firm’s real estate portfolio of assets in numerous markets nationwide
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals in the development and execution of annual strategic marketing plans to support achieving revenue and occupancy goals that align with the goals of each respective community
  • Review current marketing trends and advertisements, with a significant emphasis on digital, to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies and make recommendations for enhancements to current programs and platforms
  • Oversight of key marketing relationships including: website development, ILS, PPC, SEO, reputation management, print, strategic branding, locator services, and property management system marketing technologies
  • Conduct relevant market research and develop benchmark criteria to regularly measure and report on the effectiveness of all marketing programs, including advertising to drive highly qualified leads and achieve optimal ROI on marketing spend.
  • Collaborates with the training and other corporate departments to ensure Marketing SOPs are updated and trained.
  • Hire and train as necessary. Responsible for the ongoing education, development, mentoring and performance management of a team of individuals. Facilitate a high level of productivity, engagement, and efficiency.
  • Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services within the market
  • Manage and monitor property websites, social media profiles, and other public-facing content, including but not limited to: brand and content management, functionality and user experience, consistency in look-and-feel, understanding and utilization of site statistics and google analytics
  • Map out content strategies that support and extend marketing initiatives for our corporate entity, as well as our property management team, both short- and long-term; the ability to identify successful marketing strategies and willingness to continuously evolve strategy is a must.
  • Lead and participate in special projects associated with brand, reputation, as an expert in Marketing.
  • Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and all other laws that pertain to the multifamily industry.
  • Completes other duties as assigned
  • Occasional travel may be required.

What you will need

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of applicable experience in multi-family
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business communication, public relations, or similar field of study
  • Experience developing and managing a company brand and marketing strategy
  • Knowledge of finance, especially as it pertains to expense management and profit and loss statements is desirable
  • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design and production.

Skills and Competencies

  • Must be proactive and self-motivated, resourceful with impeccable communication and leadership skills
  • Willingness and ability to partner with senior leadership and property management teams in the development and execution of sales, marketing and branding strategies

About the Position:

The content marketing coordinator produces targeted content that promotes FlashPoint’s services, connects the brand with prospective and current clients, supports lead generation and sales activities, and educates our audience on topics related to leadership, team effectiveness, and coaching.

The content marketing coordinator uses their writing, research, and development skills to help execute FlashPoint’s content marketing strategy. This role increases brand awareness, grows and optimizes website traffic, helps to acquire clients, and supports the FlashPoint team with content development (e.g. blog posts, articles, website content, case studies, white papers, marketing materials, sales tools, pitch decks, proposals, etc.) that helps us grow our impact on leaders in client organizations.

This is an in-office position at our company headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana, with the option for hybrid work after approximately 6 months, depending on office staffing needs, successful onboarding, and demonstrated familiarity with the role.

The key responsibilities of the content marketing coordinator will be to:

  • Create SEO-supporting content that helps drive traffic and showcases FlashPoint Leadership’s thought leadership to new audiences, which could include web copy, email, blog posts, social media posts, case studies, whitepapers, e-books, research studies, and more.
  • Provide support with the writing, editing, and quality review of capabilities presentations, sales tools, proposals, pitch decks, and other business development tools in support of the sales and marketing teams.
  • Write new content, as well as curate and ghost-write content from subject-matter experts on the team that is consistent with FlashPoint’s brand and tone. Deliverables could include blog posts, articles, white papers, ebooks, case studies, website content, marketing materials, guides, infographics, landing pages, video scripting, etc.)
  • Maintain FlashPoint’s content marketing calendar and social media calendar and ensure we’re creating a mix of content aimed at increasing brand awareness, website traffic, search engine rank, and leads generated on the website and across social platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure copy tone and style are consistent with the overall FlashPoint brand.
  • Regularly maintain and update website content.
  • Efficiently manage content creation through production cycles so that tasks are completed on time and team members are clear on project requirements and schedules.
  • Distribute content through online channels to grow the FlashPoint social audience. Lead social media campaigns, and track metrics and engagement with the goal of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on content marketing metrics, and help to continuously align the content strategy based on analytics and audience responsiveness.
  • Make an ongoing effort to understand and stay up to date on the business, brand, products, and clients, and keep informed of industry trends and marketing approaches.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university. (Marketing, journalism, communications, public relations, English, or a related field).
  • One or more years of experience in business writing or content strategy tactics, including content creation, editing, copywriting, social media marketing, blogging, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience converting comprehensive product or industry information into customer-friendly messaging.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new or unfamiliar business topics and rely on research, review of existing materials, and in-depth interviewing skills to develop content.
  • A strong understanding of brand marketing, social media, and how to encourage user engagement to support brand initiatives and business goals.
  • Experience using content management systems to create and publish web updates (Hubspot preferred).
  • Proficient in inbound marketing strategies (HubSpot Inbound Certified a plus).
  • Experience in keyword research and search engine optimization a plus.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Search Console, and AdWords is a plus.
  • Experience or a flair for graphic design is a plus.

  • Be computer savvy and proficient with multiple applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Prior knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Canva, or other design software is a plus.
