The People & Culture Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration support and coordination of People & Culture programs, services, projects, and operational excellence. You will provide exceptional customer service to our team members, employees, and assist with any queries in a timely manner.

What You Will Do:

• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers on entry level and coop recruitment position which includes but not limited to recruitment intake, creating job requisitions, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, presenting offer letters, and completing background checks through third-party company.
• Process all onboarding and off-boarding activities for non-union and union employees which includes but not limited to, new hire announcements, creating onboarding schedules, conducting new hire orientation and complete 30 day follow up and exit interviews, etc.
• Works closely with the Director, People & Culture to deliver and implement programs i.e., performance management, talent reviews, training, succession planning, and compensation planning.
• Participate on the Divisional Joint Health & Safety Committee and provide a safe working environment by ensuring local regulations are upheld for workplace health and safety.

Role Summary

As an Online Data Rater you would perform the following: review, evaluate and report on the accuracy of online search queries. This data will be used to develop and improve online search results.

RATE:
$80.00 for 8 hours (8-hour guarantee + time and a half after 8 hours) must be able to commit to being on set for 12+ hours. We may only need you for a short time, but we must be able to save to that. (Minors will not be booked for more than 9.5 hours)

WHO:

MALES TO PLAY HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS 14-23 YEARS OF AGE

ALL GENDERS — HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WITH PERIOD SPECIFIC CARS ($30.00 bump) If you have a vehicle from the year 2000 or earlier (or even a 2001, 2002, 2003, or 2004 model that did not change from the year 2000) that will work! Or, If your parent/guardian has one from that period, let us know. 

Please note this will require a pre-employment Covid test and costume fitting. 
Testing and fitting will take place on separate days (TBD)
Fitting $20 compensation (2 hours) 
Covid Test: $30 compensation

Consistent with the COVID-19 Return to Work Agreement, this production has a mandatory vaccine policy for working in Zone A, including actors and background actors. This production may make limited accommodations as required by law for individuals that cannot be vaccinated because they are minors, have a disability, and have a sincerely held religious belief.

As of March 15th, 2022, the definition of ‘Fully Vaccinated’ includes a booster dose. If you’re NOT eligible for a booster dose until after March 15th, you can work until considered suitable for a booster.
