Who We Need

We are currently seeking a visionary Creative Director who will bring their passion for design and strategy to help lead a team of creative professionals in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. In this role you will develop concepts for intelligently integrating client input and strategic objectives to produce content to inspire, motivate and educate our clients’ audiences. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive branded experiences in both physical and virtual environments. From concept to completion, your role centers around client engagements, conceptual development, innovation, execution and presentation of creative projects. The Creative Director must possess stellar communication skills and the ability to successfully articulate a vision.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative vision and strategies to support live events for existing clients and new business opportunities
  • Gain deep understanding of client objectives to develop strategically sound concepts and ideas
  • Design creative briefs and passionately present overall vision to clients and prospects
  • Provide thematic branding direction
  • Manage the messaging, quality and accuracy of client communication objectives
  • Lead internal & external teams by providing guidance on best practices, delivering constructive feedback and offering consistent mentorship
  • Lead project teams by planning and delegating assignments, while managing schedules and deadlines
  • Build a strong network of third-party content providers
  • Act as a liaison with other internal departments and outside organizations
  • Develop creative budgets and manage expenditures

Qualifications

  • An undergraduate or graduate degree in a design field such as graphic design, multimedia/motion or experiential preferred
  • A minimum 5 years of experience in a live events production company, creative agency or design firm
  • A deep understanding of animation/motion/presentation design for stage, video and broadcast content
  • A strong creative portfolio demonstrating industry experience
  • Good business acumen and understanding of visual branding, ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously including proposal development and managing the creative process while collaborating with stakeholders on timelines, direction and execution details
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence audiences with compelling presentations that link creative concepts to client objectives
  • A passion for visual content, video production, motion design and experiential marketing

About the Role

As an Art Director you not only develop conceptual ideas, but also visually bring those ideas to life across different touchpoints and mediums – presenting and selling internally, and to clients, with passion and energy.

You have a keen design eye and hands-on prowess, matched only by your clever conceptual thinking that addresses client needs and business goals. You can shift seamlessly from creating ideas to crafting high impact visual statements and design systems. You are omni-channel to the core – as comfortable creating for retail programs and in-store communications as you are with social media and digital content, ecommerce, packaging, traditional media and beyond. On any given day you might

  • Work with your creative team partners to develop creative ideas and narratives
  • Develop creative visuals and design directions that bring your ideas to life.

  • Build and create compelling presentation decks to frame up and sell your creative ideas and design approaches.

You Bring

  • Degree or diploma in Graphic design/Advertising & Marketing, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing communications.
  • Well-rounded portfolio showcasing excellent understanding of campaign development in different communication spaces, mediums and approaches – including print, POS design, digital, social content & motion.
  • Expert fluency in design software, especially Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Fluency in Keynote/PowerPoint. Experience in after-effects, XD, Premiere a bonus!

Our client, a leader in the Gas and Electricity industry, is actively looking for an Archive Specialist to join their team in Hammond, IN. This position will be onsite.

*This is a 3-month W2 contract!*

On a daily basis, you will store records and maintain inventory of all archive boxes. You will also transport the records to and from the buildings and work with vendors that provide document destruction.

Responsibilities:

  • Transport records to and from the Archives building, and other locations in a company vehicle
  • Provide guidance and conduct training for employees on record management systems and destruction
  • Organize equipment and shelving in the Archives building

A day in the life.

As our Account Manager on the Commercial Entertainment team, you’ll be responsible for the following:

The primary function of this position is to provide the highest quality service to customers and cross sell within the existing book of business. The Account Manager (AM) will be the day-to-day liaison between the insurance company (MIB) and designated accounts managed by Account Executives/Sr. Account Executives/Producers.

Daily servicing of customers will include addressing various coverage issues, contract analysis, exposure analysis, issuing auto ID cards, handling all the inside service work associated with the client’s accounts, including all endorsement activity, routine coverage questions, problem solving, renewal control, preparation of formal proposals, checking and binding policies.

The Account Manager (AM) should have experience in all areas of Commercial Entertainment insurance. As needed, the AM will coordinate with and defer to the Account Executive/Sr. Account Executive/or Producer on strategic account issues and potential problems. The AM is responsible for the successful fulfillment of Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines (SOG’s).

  • Quote new business and renewal options to every client.

  • Prepare and provide to every client a Summary of Insurance once coverage is bound and in effect for new accounts.

  • Maintain agency EPIC files accurately and consistently documenting conversations in emails and other notes sent to clients, while adhering to all MIB electronic and EPIC procedures.
  • Handle cancellations timely by checking carrier websites or NOC’s received via scan, fax or email, legally saving all accounts possible with adherence to E&O guidelines.
  • Prepare and check policies based on SOG’s checklist to include preparing letters, invoicing, summaries of insurance, certificates, ID cards, evidence of insurance, binders, etc. Policies must be checked for accuracy and all applicable endorsements.
  • Know and be up to date on the utilization of carrier websites, carrier communications, new coverage options, and billing procedures

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • College Degree preferred (high school diploma is required)
  • Current California Department of Insurance License
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Proficient MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Agency Management System (i.e., EPIC, AMS 360) or other paperless insurance management system

The applicable base salary range for this role is $42,400 to $90,500. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

  • Must have experience working for a sewing manufacturer company, ideally one that manufactures bridal gowns.

The ideal candidate will be based in Atlanta, GA, or willing to relocate. Must be authorized to work in the US. This position will be in office full time Monday- Friday 9am-5pm.
