Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies: Work closely with the marketing team to create comprehensive social media strategies that align with our client’s brand objectives. Develop engaging content plans and campaigns for various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Content creation and curation: Create compelling and visually appealing content that showcases our client’s automotive offerings and luxury lifestyle products. Curate relevant and trending content from industry influencers, partners, and user-generated sources. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
- Community management: Foster a vibrant and engaged online community by actively responding to comments, messages, and reviews across social media channels. Initiate and participate in conversations to build relationships with followers, fans, and potential customers. Monitor and manage online reputation effectively.
- Social media advertising: Collaborate with the advertising team to develop and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns. Utilize analytics and insights to optimize ad performance and drive conversions. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising.
- Performance tracking and reporting: Monitor social media metrics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns. Generate regular reports that highlight the growth, engagement, and conversion rates across different platforms. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Influencer partnerships: Identify and establish relationships with influencers and industry experts who align with our client’s brand values. Collaborate on influencer marketing campaigns to expand reach and drive brand awareness. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of influencer partnerships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, specifically within the automotive industry and luxury lifestyle sector. A portfolio or examples of past social media campaigns and content creation will be required.
- Automotive and luxury lifestyle knowledge: In-depth understanding of the automotive industry, luxury lifestyle trends, and target audience preferences. Familiarity with luxury brands, high-end products, and the ability to create captivating content in this space.
- Social media expertise: Extensive knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and community management. Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.
- Creative mindset: Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to craft compelling narratives through visual and written content. Strong aesthetic sense and proficiency in creating and editing images, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Communication and collaboration: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, influencers, and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset: Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and extracting actionable insights. Experience in using analytics tools to track performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
