Client Overview: Our CPG client is looking for a Senior/Associate Social Media Manager to lead its Organic Social team, establishing best-in-class social and content strategies and overseeing community management for the clients growing brand portfolio.
Role Overview: The Organic Social team serves content to an audience of over 4.4MM consumers on owned social channels alone, posting over 300 times per month across four brands, and fielding an average of 35K unique monthly messages.
Senior/Associate Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Own social and content strategy and editorial planning for all brands.
- Use data and experimentation to optimize and report on performance across all platforms
- Partner with Brand and Growth Marketing teams to ideate and deliver on social aspects of campaign briefs
Senior/Associate Social Media Manager Qualifications:
- 4-6+ years of social media experience, preferably at a D2C brand
- Proven experience scaling a social media team and driving performance at a previous brand
- Experience with social media publishing tools (Falcon.IO, Sprout Social, Hubspot etc.) and social intelligence tools (Talkwalker, BrandWatch, Synthesio, etc.)
- Experience with paid marketing channels, like Paid Social, SEM, Display, CRM
