Job Description

Support a fast-moving live sports broadcast for the Georgia Southern @ Clemson game in Clemson, South Carolina. The Runner will work alongside production and operations crews to handle essential behind-the-scenes needs, including errands, information delivery, announcer coordination, and general event logistics. This position is a great fit for an experienced production professional who is resourceful, responsive, and ready to tackle a variety of assignments during a live broadcast.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist broadcast production and operations crews with on-site needs.
• Complete assigned errands and time-sensitive production tasks.
• Transport and distribute information or materials throughout the venue.
• Coordinate with crew members regarding announcer arrivals and departures.
• Provide logistical assistance wherever needed during production.
• Prioritize assignments effectively as production needs change.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with the on-site team.
• Contribute to an organized and efficient sports broadcast environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Previous Runner, Production Assistant, or live broadcast experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills via phone, text, and email.
• Ability to work independently while following production team instructions.
• Resourceful and proactive approach to solving day-to-day production needs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Familiarity with Clemson and the surrounding area is preferred.
• Must live within approximately 100 miles of the event location.

Compensation

• This is a paid live production opportunity.
• Compensation will be discussed with selected candidates.
