The Senior Integrated Producer has a detailed understanding and is a creative thought-partner when it comes to all aspects of digital video production, real-time marketing projects, event-based “stunts,” and pop-up experiential event productions. You are up-to-date on the latest social media platforms, trends, and audience tendencies while possessing the ability to identify new technologies that can enhance production quality, lower budget expenditures, or increase speed to market. You will be a part of and help lead teams charged with multiple long-form / short-form and social / digital / new media projects from concept to completion. We are looking for someone who has knowledge of our Disney brand.

This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Production.

 

Responsibilities

The Senior Integrated Producer is a member of the new media / digital production and post-production teams, charged with creating outstanding content. Responsibilities will include hands-on content creation, bidding and managing different budget levels, external agencies, directors, post houses, editors, music producers, animation/GFX/VFX pipelines, production timelines, on-set crews, and experience with productions for both small and large footprints under the direction of a Sr Manager of Production. You will source new vendors and social media influencers while working with the creative and account teams to implement the creative vision. Have knowledge of integrated content development including video, photography, and multi-media campaigns in ever-evolving new media production space.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ Years Experience in digital / new media / social content & video production, large production crews, media networks, or advertising agencies
  • Hands-on experience with multiple production media including, video, photography or post-production (Graphics, Animation, Visual Effects)
  • Well-versed understanding of the latest technology
  • Lead jobs with high profile production shoots with different budgets ($50K-2M)
  • Manage partners charged with developing creative content and new ideas
  • Experience and an understanding of content development across multiple media platforms
  • Budget and scheduling management skills
  • Adapt to the changing digital environment of advertising/marketing production

Homesnap is seeking a skilled Media Producer to complement our world class design team’s efforts. If you’re a digital storyteller who is skilled at shooting and editing high quality video, and not afraid to get your hands dirty with production work, we want to see your reel!

You will work with a team of video producers and designers who are responsible for the creative aspects of designing a robust variety of video and motion graphics collateral, ranging from promotional material, testimonials with agents, tutorials, ad campaigns, live-streaming and more. Core Responsibilities

  • Create, design, and execute promo videos, product videos, and demo videos

  • Function on-set with the ability to wear many hats, in a producer role, grip/gaffer role, and/or cinematographer role.
  • Working with agent evangelists, shoot and develop testimonial videos for Homesnap’s products

Basic Qualifications

  • Compelling portfolio or reel that showcases your work
  • Knowledge of the complete production process (Scripts, Storyboards, Editing, Motion Graphics, etc)
  • Experience in coordinating multiple, time-sensitive projects and activities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with a positive attitude and accept feedback and critiques.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including handling equipment that can weigh 50+ pounds
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Arts or related fields

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in design, animation, video production, and editing.
  • 1-3 years of video production, animation or motion graphics experience, preferably with a consumer brand, studio, or creative agency.

Qualifications/Experience

· Strong communication and inter-personal skills, leading to a demonstrated ability to work within a team structure

· Strong conflict resolution skills

· Strong knowledge of AR/ VR/ MR /XR technologies

We are looking for a Video Producer & Editor to join our team and craft content that will contribute to a first-class in-arena atmosphere! As a Video Producer & Editor, you will work closely with the Director of Game Presentation and Director of Digital Production to create content and support video production for in-arena presentation and entertainers’ social media. Types of content and assets include: pre-game narrative videos, player features, marketing and sponsorship features, hype video edits, player highlight compilations, quick edits (pump and promotional videos), entertainment team intro videos, and promotional content for celebrity performers. This content will be used in-arena and via social channels of the Clippers’ entertainment teams and mascot.

Video Producer & Editor will regularly interact with the Director of Game Presentation for in-arena projects and will work with the Director of Digital Production to ensure following all internal processes related to logging, dumping footage, attending production meetings, and sharing and capturing content.

Your Background, Skills And Qualifications

  • Portfolio or reel of your personal work that exhibits proficiency in producing, shooting and editing of various video assets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of video production or certification from a design institution or 1-3 years commensurate experience in a related field.
  • Possess a deep understanding of video editing using Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and After Effects.
  • Knowledge of Cinema 4D is a plus.
  • Experience with ClickEffects and Ross Xpression is helpful.
  • Proficient in Windows & Mac Operating Systems.

This role is for a Producer with strong pre-production, production, post-production, and video editing skills. The focus of this position is producing on-location shoots. Other responsibilities will include video editing and media management. This role will assist the Head of Production in producing, editing, and distributing national broadcast TV spots as well as digital videos, and must possess the technical skills and knowledge necessary to bring broadcast TV commercial projects to completion on time and within budget. The most important assets for this position are creative resourcefulness, the ability to tell stories visually, and attention to detail.

Job Accountabilities

  • Producing responsibilities for on-location broadcast TV shoots; this includes all pre-production, production, and post-production work required to properly plan and produce broadcast TV and video shoots (50%)
  • Video editing responsibilities (25%)
  • Media management (25%)

Education/Experience Level

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of professional video production experience, all aspects; emphasis on producing and video editing
  • Experience working on TV commercials (preferred), TV shows, or film

  • Must be able to and willing to work different shifts and be flexible with schedule changes
  • Working knowledge of general office computer software, newsroom software and basic non-linear editing systems preferred

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism or related field preferred or comparable television work experience
  • 5+ years of producing and executive producing experience in television news
  • 2+ years of management experience

What we’re looking for: An Associate Producer who can research and write news scripts for assigned shows and newscasts. Contribute to special features and stories. Participate in shooting, scripting and editing as directed as well as coordinating coverage of major stories, breaking news and specials.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Demonstrated broadcast news writing ability
  • Ability to anticipate situations and meet strict deadlines
  • Effective skills and excellent collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and interact with all personnel within the organization
  • Knowledge of current events and industry trends

  • Familiarity with the local market
  • Knowledge of social media platforms

  • Basic editing skills

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of television news experience
