Our New Hampshire based client is looking to bring on an Art Director with 5+ years to join a department of four other marketing and creative professionals; this company focuses on large format signage so ideally looking for some previous tradeshow or large format experience in your portfolio. This role is onsite 2-3 days a week in New Hampshire. This client specifially has a lot of focus in the sports industry and supports signage for well known events and teams, so if you have an interest in the industry, this could be the role for you!

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and produce on a variety of projects, including design support for the tradeshows and signage but also collateral for the marketing team; banners, website updates and design, brochures and collateral, or wraps may also come up on a frequent basis.
  • Partner with brand/marketing leadership peers to understand business needs, prioritize work, and identify new capabilities required of the creative team.
  • Work with other members digital/e-commerce teams to develop and maintain design consistency across the website.
  • Work with sales teams to create and lead campaigns, marketing collateral and landing pages.
  • Partner with brand team to support key product launches, programming, and marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with partners to ensure all creative is produced on time, on budget and on brief.
  • Deliver a consistent and differentiated brand voice, look, and feel that represents the brand and assortment in a way that is captivating and relevant to our customer.
  • Develop, manage, and communicate our style guide, brand guide, voice and tone, and design standards with an eye to always evolving it and keeping it fresh.
  • Develop and maintain a robust library of digital assets.
  • Analyze and report on effectiveness of the creative team and integrate feedback from internal and external partners about the impact of the team’s output.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies and share insights and best practices with the team.
  • Work within established client budgets
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills who can work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on a close knit team in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with print, large format and and digital design
  • Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and other design and editing tools.

Our Boston based agency client is looking for a Sr. Art Director with 5+ years of agency experience–someone who is a self-starter as well as able to collaborate well with other team members. The Art Director will be both a conceptual thinker as well as being able to get into the weeds with the design. We’re looking for experience designing in the B2B space and and Art Director able to manage multiple projects/tasks while working closely with creatives and Account/Project Management. This person needs experiential as well as deep experience with large scale events in their portfolios.

As an Art Director You

  • Have stellar design and digital skills and clean, polished esthetics.
  • Thinks beyond design discipline boundaries to architect integrated campaigns and programs.
  • Refine and present creative work to internal and external audiences
  • Multitask with the ability to self-manage multiple assigned projects.
  • Works harmoniously and collaboratively with not only the creative team but with the project/account team, the client team, and the client agency teams.
  • Communicate with stakeholders about project progress, updates, and changes.
  • Inspire everyone with ideas, new technology, art, projects, the latest trends, etc.
  • Work with vendors and internal production teams to assure project quality, design integrity, fiscal validity, and brand standards adherence

Your Experience Includes:

  • Degree in Graphic Design or related discipline
  • 6+ years of agency experience
  • Advanced level of experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Keynote
  • Working knowledge of motion and animation graphic programs such as After Effects and Flash
  • Evidence of being a self-starter
  • Superior presentation skills and the ability to convey ideas, concepts and designs to internal and external clients
  • Superior communication and collaboration skill

Our Boston based agency client looking for a Creative Resources Manager with 5+ years’ experience in a Traffic or Project Management role in an advertising or creative agency in Boston. You’ll track resources across multiple departments and have a strong understanding of both print and digital projects–

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage resource scheduling for the concept, content and design teams.
  • Quickly assign incoming work based on availability and skillset to ensure all project timelines are met.
  • Monitor projects and workloads, working with teams and staff to adjust assignments and deadlines accordingly. A thorough understanding of team capacity is required in order to make decisions about handling work internally or externally; decision maker on when to outsource projects
  • Maintain systems and practices that make it clear who is responsible for what task.
  • Communicate regularly with all necessary teams to ensure people have visibility into the status of their work.
  • Manage the day-to-day planning on assigned projects with Project Manager and/or Account team.
  • Weekly connection meetings with all members of creative team to ensure schedule and resourcing alignment
  • Lead the process and work with different departments to recruit and develop relationships with a trusted group of partners and freelancers in all areas of our business to enhance creativity, skillset, capacity, and value for all
  • Working with team leads to proactively seek required skillsets for future projects and client needs
  • Manage administrative tasks for all partners including, onboarding, quotes, work confirmation and invoicing/payment
  • General understanding of project financials. You’ll be required to work closely with the Accounts team to review project budgets, partner quotes to deliver profitable projects that maintain targets
  • Ongoing management and improvement of processes related to the freelance network
  • Ensuring legal and administrative aspects of outsourced projects have been considered including insurance, licenses, non-disclosure agreements, contracts and releases
  • Work with department leads to ensure team workflow is running efficiently and all projects are delivering value to client
  • Work with department leads to ensure quality thresholds are achieved as determined by creative departments
