Job Description
The Global Creative Content team is responsible for producing bonus materials for feature films for Universal Pictures, Focus Features & Partner Titles, for television shows and for existing catalog properties. Our Assistant Manager will support our four-person team, with the help of our department coordinator, in all aspects of added value production, as well as managing the delivery of bonus assets for titles as directed. In addition to being included on the physical and digital products, our materials are used to advertise and promote sales by our Publicity, Marketing, and Digital/Social Media Teams. Assistant Managers need to be impeccably detail-oriented and professional; have a thorough understanding of what production is all about, and are passionate, self-motivated individuals.
Responsibilities
- Assist the team as directed, with the creation of unique and compelling added value content.
- Manage the delivery of bonus content for titles as directed.
- Create and maintain maps, production timelines, title files.
- Manage all asset needs from OPS, Legal, other various internal departments, and source production assets from various production/studio sources – Storyboards, VFX progressions, scripts, still photography, etc.
- Manage legal clearances.
- Generate DA’s for bonus content tiles.
- Facilitate Preview and Master Distribution/Asset Vaulting.
- Manage social media asset creation and review by global creative, digital and brand marketing teams.
- Review and approve menus/packaging in USHER
- Manage Budgets/PO’s.
- Manage New Vendor Set-Up by working with finance and new vendors to properly set up in the system.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 4+ years in Home Ent. or Creative Content Environment.
- Entertainment industry or Design Firm experience required.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Photoshop, QuickTime, Database Systems, Mac and PC and a proven ability to learn new systems.

Role Summary
Universal Pictures Content Group (UPCG) is an independent mini studio within the infrastructure of Universal Pictures & Focus Features. With offices around the world and central headquarters in London, UPCG discovers, acquires and produces a diverse range of quality content across a multitude of genres (film, documentary, faith-based, live events such as musicals or stand-up comedy, TV drama/sitcoms, music, sports, family entertainment & special interest) for global distribution. It’s multiplatform sales & distribution footprint includes theatrical, physical, digital (SVOD & Transactional), TV (Free & Pay) as well as consumer products. The business uniquely focuses on managing talents, partnerships, brands and titles across all rights and across their full lifecycle. It is a business rooted in Artists and repertoire (A&R) culture, driven by relationships, innovation and ambitious growth plans.
This role will be responsible for managing global marketing campaigns for a diverse range of titles, which could include feature films, documentaries, faith-based content, TV series, live events (eg. musicals/stand-up comedy) and other content.
The successful applicant will develop campaigns to drive commercial performance across all platforms (Theatrical/Digital/Physical/SVOD/PTV), creating materials, managing budgets and liaising with multiple 3rd parties to create world-class integrated marketing & PR plans, globally. They will be responsible for some of the highest profile and most complex releases on the UPCG slate.
This role will work closely with multiple departments internally, located in both the US and the UPCG Head Office in London. Departments you will work with include the wider marketing team, PR and Digital teams, Acquisitions, Content Strategy, TV Distribution, New Media and Theatrical Distribution partners. Where we have US rights, this role will serve as the key authority on the US market, sharing their recommendations with the central team based in London.
The successful candidate will build relationships with filmmaker/licensors/talent, sharing campaign plans capably and confidently. The successful applicant will collaborate with key stakeholders frequently, keeping them continually appraised of developments.
Key to this role are excellent US market knowledge, first-rate strategic and time management skills, a flexible and committed attitude, excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to think both commercially and creatively about our releases, building innovative campaign strategies to maximize commercial potential.
Campaign Management
Essential Responsibilities:
- Build and execute global marketing strategy and campaigns (including dating, release platforms, creative, distribution and financial analysis) for each title’s release, both globally and internationally (at times, excluding the US market).
- Deliver effective, creative, integrated campaigns which maximize the commercial potential of all available rights (Theatrical, Home Entertainment, SVOD, TV)
- Originate and/or adapt creative assets to support marketing strategy, including trailers, key art and ATL/BTL materials
- Research and recommend key territories/audiences for campaign focus
- Brief, manage and direct external agencies (i.e. creative, media, social, promotions) to build the most effective and creative campaign
- Develop assets including key art, AV, packaging and above/below the line assets for use across digital, social and traditional media
- Work closely with our internal PR and digital teams to build considered, integrated briefs on a title-by-title basis
- Brief and develop both US and International marketing plans that consider the commercial potential and nuances of each territory
- Manage available marketing funds, ensuring budgets are adhered to and tracked
- Evaluate campaigns post-release to review effectiveness, analyze results, review and learn, and make necessary adjustments to future plans where appropriate.
- Support on New Business initiatives outside of the day-to-day
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external departments/partners to create best-in-class campaigns (across theatrical, physical, digital and TV Distribution)
- Build strong relationships with filmmakers/producers/licensors/talent
- Represent UPCG at key stakeholder meetings, delivering key information in a passionate and professional manner

The Manager, Global Brand Marketing, collaborates with the Director, Global Brand Marketing to develop global product and marketing strategies for home entertainment across the Universal Pictures live-action film slate.
In addition to working on global strategy, the Manager leads the execution of product and marketing campaigns in the United States and Canada, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve performance goals.
Responsibilities
Product and Campaign Marketing
- Build and maintain fundamental knowledge and understanding of home entertainment consumer trends and habits globally.
- Develop global home entertainment marketing plan documents for Universal live-action films in collaboration with cross-functional teams and international marketing leads and communicate those plans globally.
- Write strategic briefs and guide the development of global marketing assets and media plans to maintain a coherent and authentic brand voice and strategy for each film across platforms and channels.
- Act as the central point of contact for each campaign, serving international marketing teams and cross-functional marketing teams to help achieve their aims.
- Review theatrical performance (DBO, IBO, Exit Polls, Reviews, and Social Conversation) to refine and finalize the positioning and release strategy. Disseminate the North American strategic direction to the cross-functional Marketing teams (creative, publicity, digital marketing, customer marketing, promotions, digital distribution marketing).
- Create strategic media briefs and creative briefs to guide the development of global marketing assets for global physical and digital platforms.
- Communicate legal, talent, and filmmaker approval guidelines clearly to all stakeholders and help facilitate approvals.
- Develop, manage, and own the North American P&L for each title, informed by financial guidance and data to recommend revenue goals and appropriate spend levels.
- Budget marketing spends based on strategic priorities and operational needs to support all cross-functional marketing teams and keep spending within approved budget levels.
- Assess North American physical and digital release dates and windowing strategies to recommend optimal release dates.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Digital Distribution teams to manage North America digital marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media.
- Collaborate with other departments across the studio such as franchise development, games, consumer products, music and theme parks to develop integrated campaigns based on key properties.
- In addition to the theatrical film slate, evaluate release opportunities on non-theatrical live action titles, working with Domestic sales, international markets, technical operations and external partners to identify opportunities and plan optimal release strategies.
- Prepare filmmaker presentation materials by gathering information globally and editing to produce an integrated document appropriate and understandable for people without a marketing background.
- Collect and analyze post-release insights (what worked/didn’t work) to guide future release strategies and recommend process improvements.
- Continuously support and share best practices globally.
Retail Strategy and Customer Marketing
- Build and maintain expertise and industry knowledge of the physical and digital home entertainment retail landscape.

The team is responsible for Marketing Analytics, Product Analytics & Implementation, Data Strategy and Content Insights & Optimization. The Manager’s responsibilities will include:
- Map and test implementation of tracking specifications, primarily focused on web, app and video players.
- Work with data engineering teams and product management teams to identify gaps in the custom Analytics tagging deployment for Adobe Analytics, mParticle and other internal tools.
- Analyze performance impact, dependencies, and pre-requisites of tagging implementations on various web, mobile/ctv app and video applications.
- Collaborate with various engineering teams on implementation of analytics solution, including testing data layer implementations and troubleshooting.
- Test and manage data feeds and integrations with other downstream systems
- Work with data engineering team to set up data feeds for tables in data lake (i.e. Snowflake)
- Help maintain implementation documents such as Solution Design Documentation, Data Layer specifications, custom JavaScript, etc. and ensure consistency and use of best practices across all implementations.
- Assist team with tracking requirements and occasional reporting for ab testing (reporting readouts in Amplitude)
- Ensure all existing and new products and features have accurate measurement by validating the measurement on each device and validating that all reports are populating appropriately.

Louder with Crowder is looking for a Showrunner who has experience leading a Live production in television or streaming. You have a solid work history of day-to-day production and creative development and are a senior member of leadership.
Fundamentals:
- Coach and lead the internal team to research and map topics for the daily, Live show.
- Oversee and be a resource for the production of overlays, graphics, sound, etc. You are the captain of a ship of dedicated and resourceful personnel that will look to you for insight and feedback.

- 5+ years of experience in entertainment or content production, with 2+ years as a Showrunner or Production Supervisor.

NBC News is looking for a highly motivated Associate Producer with a passion for news on all platforms (broadcast, digital, and mobile). In this position you will work directly with bureau desks, producers, senior producers, and correspondents to help pitch, write and produce news content for broadcast and the web in a 24 month program.
Responsibilities
- Assist with full scope of production including research, booking, pre-interviewing
- Digital journalism including shooting video and stills, and editing skills are required
- Write and produce segments, broadcast and online stories and produce live shots
- Gather visual elements and assist with editing for segment production
- Coordinate with technical and operations staff and outside resources selected by producers
- Produce and pitch story ideas and content to all platforms

Position Summary
