Job Description
The coordinator provides support to the Los Angeles based Production & Operations Department.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, internal departments and external businesses to ensure that all matters are attended to in an efficient and timely fashion.
- Working on various assigned projects for the Production & Operations Department.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings across the team.
- Ensure weekly, timely receipt of key production documents including schedules, calendars, at-a-glance grids, etc. and distribute to appropriate teams as needed.
- Creating and Maintaining a shoot date calendar.
- Maintaining department and division assignment grids and update regularly, as needed
- Distribute weekly updates for linear rollout grids.
- Work with managers to ensure complete deliverable elements are received from production companies and filed within internal database systems.
- Keeping internal files, data bases, grids, assignments, etc. up to date.
- Train in and become proficient on managing cuts and onboarding users in our internal cut management system, FineCut.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of production-related experience; production office experience is preferred but not required

Job Description
The Operations & Technology Division of NBCUniversal is looking for a high-energy, results-driven, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative support to two Senior Vice Presidents of the organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative functions for both of the SVPs, including schedule management, meeting coordination, managing a variety of duties (such as expense reports), and assisting with correspondence. In addition, this position is responsible for departmental administrative duties, i.e., vacation tracking, reporting, special projects, and logistical planning. Responsibilities
- Responsible for proactively managing and coordinating daily schedule, calendar appointments, contacts, travel arrangements, internal meetings and external appointments
- Arranges and schedules significant volume of meetings with Executive colleagues and direct reports across multiple time zones; maintains and updates calendar while determining priority of requests and scheduling accordingly
- Arranges domestic and international travel accommodations, work visas and associated documents including comprehensive and detailed multi-city travel itineraries, when applicable
- Demonstrate flexibility, poise, patience and persistence in routinely adjusting priorities and rescheduling meetings
- Process expense reports in accordance with established policy guidelines tracking expenses and following up in a timely manner
- Responsible for flawless and complex meeting and event preparation, set-up, execution and follow-up including room scheduling, AV support, arrangement of food and drink, preparation and collection of agendas and materials, note taking, and coordinating follow-up items and actions.
- Interacts with executive IT support on behalf of executive leadership team
- Coordinate and schedule high-profile special events, filming and photoshoots with internal and external parties on the executive floor including executive screening room and tour requests

Essential Responsibilities
- Heavy phone management, roll calls, provide notes for calls as requested
- Maintain & coordinate schedules for the members stated above, compile & submit expense reports, create reports & materials for meetings
- Coordinate executive, project & scoring related travel, organize & file contracts and other administrative duties as needed
- Liaise daily with colleagues at record labels, publishers, music management companies, talent agencies, etc.
- Assist project executives as needed with music research projects & music searches & collection of outside music submissions
- Research song information to complete clearance forms for licensing department
- Coordinate and distribute scripts, subsequent drafts/pages to department
- Assist in maintaining internal & external department distribution lists
- Work synergistically with other team members in maintaining and updating the department’s new music drive
- Help maintain film music budgets (source & score production) and song breakdown reports
- Ensure all invoice amounts and details are properly reflected in music budgets and filed in their respective project folders
- Assist with vendor set-up and follow up with vendors and accountants as needed to ensure payments have been made
- Route invoices for payment
- Track costs in Music Budgets
- Send SAG/AFTRA singer session reports and corresponding paperwork to accounting for processing
- Assist with creating and updating internal documents
- Vet and route all AFM New-Use claims
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

Job Description
“What would you say you do here?”
- Maintains creative integrity of film throughout the production and post-production processes.
- Is responsible for the accurate presentation of all materials related to the film (eg: story reels, workprints, previews, tape outputs, etc.)
- Leads and participates in scratch, production, and ADR dialogue recording sessions
- Cuts and/or supervises the cutting of temp SFX and Music for the story reel
- Responsible for creation of all tape and QuickTime outputs from Editorial
- Imports and edits OMFs from Production
- Handles publishing all cut lists/EDLS and change notes to Production
- Is the primary point of contact with Technical Directors in production
- Supervises quality standards of all work done at audio houses and other post houses
- Spots final film with Sound Designer and Composer
- Acts as a creative liaison between Directors/Production, sound designer, and mixers
- Attends all screenings (studio and preview) and works with Directors to incorporate changes resulting from those screenings
- Attends production meetings when possible
- Delivers an approved cut of the film in the required format to the sound and music departments on the handover date

Role Summary:
The Senior Technical Support Analyst will provide high-level and specialized support for all aspect of IT film production. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in leveraging a variety of technology-related solutions to support various workflows within a fast-paced, rapidly changing film production environment. They must enjoy interacting with customers and be willing to collaborate with team members as needed to tackle varying degrees of challenges within film production.
Essential Responsibilities
- Design, build, manage and support production network server environments (including but not limited to, servers QNAP NAS’s, workstations, firewalls, databases/services if needed) for multiple global productions.
- Lead the VFX requirement gathering sessions
- Build and maintain virtual machines running various production software
- Backup, restore, and archive processes on various media and platforms. Both local and remote.
- Setup an IO workstation (usually iMac) to be able to pull/send Aspera transfers to and from external hard drives.
- Setup/configure JUMP Desktop on Media Composer machines for editors that need remote access.
- Provide remote access tools for various workflows.
- Collaborate with multiple 3rd party technology vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers on location.
- Provide documentation and support in a multi-OS environment for various departments within production.
- Collaborate with existing network team and build a network infrastructure that meets NBCUniversal network security standards.
- Assess security requirements and recommend best practices and solutions.
- Setup Wi-Fi and SSIDs for the production office.
- Utilize Palo Alto/FortiGate firewalls with up-to-date UTM and support.
- Configure firewall network VLAN’s.
- Configure firewall QOS per departmental VLAN for network traffic shaping.
- Configure firewall to allow VLAN access to network server.
- Create and manage multifactor VPN services/rules/accounts.
- Provide accurate inventory updates including detailed description of deployed environments.
- Make sure requests/incidents from users are completed in a reasonable time.
- Utilizing cloud services and testing POCs to streamline technology for productions.
- Collaborate and work closely with other NBCUniversal departments that support features (IE Marketing, Creative Technology, Post Production, Post Sound, etc.)
- Stay up-to-date with VFX technologies and propose solutions to senior leadership to improve efficiency within VFX workflows
- Collaborate with production vendors (IE Proof, MPC, DNEG, Co3/Efilm, 3rd Floor, etc.) as needed.
Qualifications

- 5+ years’ experience in desktop, server, network technology in multi-platform environments (MAC OS, Windows, NAS, Linux, VMs, various networking technologies, various cloud technologies).
- Experience supporting collaboration software (O365 Suite)
- Must be able to troubleshoot and problem solve in a time sensitive environment.
- Must be able to design data workflows and network solutions.
- Experience with creating technical and training/user documentation.
- Must be flexible on scheduling to include some night or weekend work.

Universal Pictures Home Entertainment (UPHE) is comprised of both digital and physical distribution businesses, overseeing the sales and operations for digital transactional film and television content including PVOD, PEST, EST, and VOD for Universal Pictures, Focus Features, Illumination, DreamWorks Animation, and independent studios, as well as physical DVD and Blu-Ray product sales in multiple international markets.
Responsibilities
The Senior Manager of Digital Marketing will lead tactical planning and strategy of paid media campaigns that stimulate consumer awareness, increase purchase intent and, ultimately, deliver sales for Universal’s various movies released in the home entertainment window including Blu-ray, DVD, electronic sell-through, and on-demand formats. Candidate must be able to provide critical oversight of program KPIs and help to identify areas of opportunity in planning and optimization of media programs.
