Media Producer, Matchroom Multi Sport Ltd.
Responsible to:Â Media and Brand Manager
Key tasks:
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Support on both written and digital content for Matchroom Multi Sport platforms
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Daily maintenance and promotion of Nineball.Live across all events (including ensuring VOD content is up to date as well as working closely to further expand archive)
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Support on live event coverage across social media using publishing platforms such as Grabyo
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Support the Media and Brand Manager to maintain and improve marketing and content plans around Matchroom Multi Sport eventsÂ
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Assist with press conference planning and set up for on-site events
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Work with athletes to build their online presenceÂ
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Generate new ideas for digital content plans and assist with social media activityÂ
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â To work with the current team on production of video content on site at events with hands-on camera work / editingÂ
SkillsÂ
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Degree educated ideally in Journalism/Media/Marketing or alike fields
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Experienced and confident using Adobe software such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro and ideally AfterEffects
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience of using industry standard camera equipment and lightingÂ
–        A fan of live sport with a basic understanding of 9-ball pool and Snooker Â
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Word Press preferable but not essential
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Confident communicator at all levelsÂ
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Be able to use initiative and work independently as well as in a teamÂ
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Social first thinker with ear to the ground on latest trends
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Calm under pressure and able to make decisions autonomously

Job Responsibilities

• Support compliance for shoots including risk assessments, release forms, and permits
• Assist in organising shoots and provide on-site support as needed
• Handle administrative duties including tracking invoices, prepping reports, and managing data
• Maintain scheduling, time-off, and project timelines in collaboration with production leadership
• Help coordinate and align systems to support a smooth post-production pipeline
Requirements
• Experience in production, coordination, or similar administrative roles
• Excellent multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments and juggling multiple deadlines
• A collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn across departments
• Organisational savvy with high attention to detail
Compensation
• £32,500 annual salary
