Production Title: ‘Houston’ TV Series Casting Call
Job Description: Casting directors are now casting background actors to work on scenes filming in Atlanta, Georgia, on Tuesday, July 5th. Must be available to work from the said date.

Non-profit creative department is looking for a full-time Media Production Specialist, beginning in July 2022. This role will deliver high quality video content for various clients.
Responsibilities:
- Visually design, light, record, and ingest various styles of ENG production in short and long form.
- Conduct production studio operations from lighting, camera control, live switching and live streaming for various styles of productions.
- Design, record and conduct live virtual events and recordings, using various equipment platforms.
- Maintain and organize in-house production equipment.
- Collaborate with entire creative team to ensure the capture of needed material.
- Travel for ENG shoots, live events, and on location productions.
Qualifications:
- Professional aptitude in communicating with C-Suite executives.
- Mastery of camera operation and production with experience using a variety of video camera platforms.
- Understand broadcast standards, virtual production standards, and ENG production standards.
- Experience with audio recording standards, operating multichannel sound mixers and audio equipment.
- Extensive studio operations, live switching, live streaming, green screen lighting and virtual production skills.
- Flexibility with last minute shoot changes, extensions, cancellations.
- Strong production problem solving skills.

Are you a talented Video Producer with the ability to create engaging video products including student lessons and teacher professional development videos? Do you have a passion for education and interest in working within the industry?
You Will:
- Manage and coordinate technical needs between production crew and post-production vendor, sourcing new crew or vendors as needed
- Coordinate file deliveries and archiving
- Manage relationships with cast of in-app teachers (talent) including auditioning, onboarding, and scheduling new teachers
- Coordinate with external casting director or producing partners for lessons involving children
- Manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Identify and deliver improvements to creative and technical processes and systems
- Set and execute production calendar: Organize and schedule on-site shoots and remote recordings , Maintain shot lists, including for pickups and other needs, secure production crew for shoots
- Directly support pre-production and production days
- Meet with Curriculum Authors to discuss their lessons’ needs, helping them with approaches to any concepts including proof-of-concept tests before filming
- Record “lofi” pre-production test footage to try out props or test approaches to a given shot.

You Have:
- 3-5+ years’ experience with video production
- A plus if experience is in educational/instructional or non-profit content
- Proven track record building and managing relationships with vendors and colleagues

- Familiarity with Smartsheet and Asana is a Plus
- Flexibility in scheduling: because we film with real teachers, there will be weekend shoots up to 1-2 days/month (If working a Saturday shoot, you can then make up that day and have a weekday off)
