Job Details: We are currently seeking extras for the feature film “SIX DAYS IN AUGUST”, a compelling story about Mormon history. The film is set to be shot near Rochester, NY. This is a non-union production.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as background characters in various scenes, contributing to the authenticity and atmosphere of the film.
• Follow directions from the director and production team to ensure scenes are executed as planned.
• Maintain professionalism and be punctual for all scheduled shoots.
• Be prepared to work in various weather conditions as required by the production.

Requirements:

• No prior acting experience necessary, but a passion for storytelling and an interest in Mormon history is a plus.
• Must be available for shooting dates in the specified location near Rochester, NY.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions effectively.

Compensation:

• Rate: $150/day.

Casting Call: YOUNG JOE PHOTO DOUBLE

Role: We are currently seeking a Caucasian male with auburn or brown hair in the middle school age range to serve as the photo double for the character Young Joe.

Filming Dates:

• October 4, 6, 10, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20 (Candidate must be available for all dates)

Location: Filming will take place in various locations in and around New Orleans, including the North shore, West Bank, St. Bernard, and other local areas.

Rate: $175/8 per filming date

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the photo double for the character Young Joe.
• Be available for all specified filming dates.
• Must be comfortable missing school for filming; parent/guardian will need to bring school assignments to set on weekdays when applicable.
• Ensure reliable transportation to and from set each day.
• Have a reliable guardian (parent or guardian-approved adult over 18) present on set for the duration of each filming day.
• Adhere to all instructions provided by the production team and director.

Requirements:

• Middle school age range
