ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Partner with Account and extended team to develop annual SOWs and tactical and staffing plans, both for internal planning purposes and client approval.
- Manage the development and production of digital marketing efforts for their assigned brands, (websites, banners, applications, brochures, mailers, banner ads, print ads, video)
- Partner closely with Account and Client Operations teams during the project planning, execution and production phases. Ensuring client objectives/guidelines are defined and deliverables and client feedback are shared/incorporated in a timely manner.
- Develops and leads client presentations for their respective brands, related to budgets, timelines and scope.
- Provide necessary direction and support to the team on the tasks and deliverables required.
- Responsible for leading the following meetings: hot sheet, weekly status, project briefings, internal creative reviews, meetings with external vendors.
- Maintaining our PM tool Trello
- Enforce agency process and manage the quality assurance (QA) phase for all projects.
- Represent Agency and Project Management department at Client meetings, Agency days, etc.
- Work on and lead new business pitches as necessary

Job Description:
- Digital Producer, The Production Operations team is accountable for the successful daily operation of the sites and apps during all hours (including nights, weekends and holidays when scheduled for on-call duty, or when emergent need arises), must aid in estimating the necessary funding and level of effort for minor to medium operations efforts and enhancements, make recommendations for best execution options, interact with business partners, product owners, and creative and technology team members to quickly turn around requests for changes, and build out pages and changes in the Content Management System (CMS)
- Requests can range from quick efforts such as copy and image swap-outs or vanity URL requests, to building new detail pages or new site sections, performing content entry for large projects, or troubleshooting issues on the websites/apps.
- Level of effort for the types of requests usually ranges from one hour to six weeks of effort.
- The work occurs under the direction of production leadership and more Senior Producers, as well as working under direction of Digital Product Operation Managers for content and e-commerce website/app strategy best practices.
- Daily activities include the review and comprehension of work requests created and assigned in Jira, clearly communicate requests to and schedule the work of creative resources needed to complete specific tasks (e.g., web developers, copywriters, etc.), utilize established processes to obtain applicable approvals at all levels of development, making updates in the CMS, ensuring requests are completed in a timely manner, working in priority order as determined by Agile methodology, communicating status and roadblocks in daily scrum, interacting with business partners, application vendors, and all internal departments including the ability to communicate effectively with resources of all levels, from entry level interns to senior leadership.
- This role also has the opportunity to contribute to recommendations for solutions and best ways to execute on requests.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the execution of requests across the Product Management, Creative, and Technology teams.
- Resource contributors, schedule and oversee the work on requests.
- Partner with and motivate a diverse team of resources .
- Identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of requests.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to ensure accountability for the operation of websites that are functional 24/7; this includes serving as on-call on a scheduled basis, and could include at times responding to emergent situations when not the scheduled on-call.
- Clearly organize and forecast deliverables and dependencies.
- Ensure proactive scheduling of all aspects of requests and on time deliverables within estimated duration and resources.
- Manage the full life cycle of operational requests from requirements through launch.
- Juggle day-to-day tasks and have in-depth involvement to allow for early identification of potential challenges.
- Monitor request scope and execute change control when additional requests for features or functionality are made.
- Elevate situations that may require Production leadership intervention.
Basic Qualifications:
- Regular updates to the Production leadership.
- Proactively identify any risk or conflicts based upon creative, technology or business factors.
- Bachelor’s degree or significant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Digital Producer.
- Experience within the travel/tourism industry.
- Experience within the media/entertainment industry.
- Experience with online marketing of Vacation Resort, Timeshare or Cruise Industry (e.g., tickets, hotels, air, transportation)
- Experience working with clients, business partners, and guests/customers.
Additional Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Fashion Product Coordinator, Commerce with a passion for product management to join our team. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support product coordination efforts across multiple collections and campaigns from inception to launch.
- Work closely with product development, operations, and commerce teams from product ideation through commercialization of branded products.
- Work alongside operations and development across product manufacturing and vendor management.
- Coordinate project timelines, adjustments, and updates with apparel design and commerce teams.
- Support sample coordination, pick up/delivery to ensure all merchandise received on time and against accurate builds/specs.
- Participate in product fit sessions, supporting development tasks and deliverables.
- Attend weekly, monthly, quarterly cross-functional team commerce and product meetings.
- Support sample and product coordination for apparel photoshoots for both brand and collaboration partners for internal and external campaign usage.
- Support image auditing proof sessions from shoots through post production and final selects.
- Ensure accuracy of product shot lists across multiple campaigns, partnering with creative teams and external partners.
- Consistently audit of the commerce website properties to ensure accuracy of merchandising.
- Support product marketing and commerce teams with weekly/monthly best seller recaps and insights to help drive deeper analytics and efficiencies across product business goals and initiatives.
- Support linesheet audits, builds, drops, and reviews along with updates across teams.
- Auditing style numbers, pricing, size scales, color codes, for correctness across all collections and projects.
- Coordination of product imagery and asset management from shoot to live on website.

Hi everyone, it’s Kristan. I am starting a period show taking place in the 1930’s to 1940’s and we will be building a core group of background artists, in addition to booking many other people.
Unfortunately, I do not have exact work dates at this time, but we need to start fitting people. I am going to give our date range and I can tell you that you would be scheduled to work often within that date range. For Core BG we will be carrying you for a period of time as well.

Union & Non Union Men & Women to portray age 20’s to early 60’s. For right now, we have some size restrictions: Women must be size 28 waist or smaller, no larger than a 38 bust and no larger than a 10 shoe. Men should be size 38 waist or smaller and no larger than a 44 coat. NO VISIBLE TATTOOS IN SHORT SLEEVES FOR MEN & WOMEN. Also Men must be willing to get their hair cut and be clean shaven. We will have a couple people with mustaches, but not many. Women should have hair that is just at the shoulders or a tiny bit shorter is OK. Ladies, if you have almond shaped nails, that is fine. If not almond shaped, you cannot have artificial nails. Please no overly microbladed brows, no lash extensions that are super long, and hair needs to be either all one color or if it’s highlighted or balayaged, it needs to look like a natural color.
