TITLE: Social & Content Coordinator

ABOUT THIS POSITION:

WOO More Play is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media and highly crafted content creation that connects the WOO community through various online social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, TikTok, etc). The Social Media Coordinator is responsible in delivering inspiring, disruptive and innovative content.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy, calendar, content and posts across all major platforms (currently TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Linked In. Potential to expand to other platforms down the line)
  • Build and update a social content calendar, including sourcing imagery/videos/UGC content, creating (in partnership with design) original graphics/content/video, and (in partnership with copywriter) copy across organic and sponsored posts
  • Collaborate with Creative Director and creative team to create engaging social-first content, campaigns, and other social media posts
  • Ability to create original content on your own (specifically TikTok)
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Collaborate with creative design team to build visual assets for posts & stories
  • Community management to engage with followership. Serve as a first point of contact in a timely manner for inquiries through comments and direct messages

We are seeking an experienced Digital Sr. Marketing Manager to join our growing corporate marketing team. The Dallas Symphony Orchestra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as Director of Analytics. The Director of Analytics supports the Development and Marketing departments of the Dallas Symphony by providing data, research and database management resources to support contributed and earned revenue objectives in coordination with leadership of both departments to ensure benchmarks are being achieved. The position leads general operations and process management of the departments including revenue and expense budgeting/reporting, budget forecasting, metrics reporting, CRM Management and standards, gift/ticket management, and campaign/performance analytics.

 

Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing the budgeting and forecasting process for both the Marketing and Development departments, including the development and review of year-to-date goals and monitoring expenses against the budget;
  • Monitoring and adjusting ticketing price maps based on industry standards and goals and input from DSO executive management;
  • Managing the constituent relationship management (CRM) system, Tessitura, providing overall administration and support, and ensuring that data is clean and accurate for all list pulls and pipeline reviews, including the creation of annual fundraising plans;

The Business (Ad sales & Production) Coordinator will serve as the central point of contact between One Platform Commerce sales teams, daily show on-air production, and digital/social producers for execution and implementation of all Telemundo Shoppable segments. Responsibilities will include leading the coordination, product delivery, inventory, logistics, and revenue tracking of all shoppable segments in a timely, organized, and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate should have foundational experience in production coordination, project management, sales operations, or inventory logistics to manage the omni-channel execution of Shop Telemundo.

Responsibilities

  • Centralized POC between One Platform Commerce sales, partnerships, and editorial on-air and digital producers to lead execution and delivery of segment products and selling points.
  • Ensure commerce strategy is properly executed: linear segments, implement editorial strategy in web, and social platforms.
  • Oversee the content creation of the digital editorial and social amplification extensions and ensure they’re on strategy
  • Build and maintain comprehensive inventory tracking tool to provide pacing ultimately tied to revenue, inventory, and content calendar, often and clearly communicating to internal teams to ensure efficiency, meet deadlines, and flawless execution.

What You Would Do:

  • Intimately understand the client’s business, industry and competition, leveraging that knowledge to help generate new ideas to strategically grow their business
  • Help conceptualize and develop digital communications, including user-friendly websites, rich media, banners, micro-sites, landing pages, email campaigns, and applications components to be consistent with overall campaign components
  • Raise the standard by applying the latest interaction design approaches, design templates, and processes

What You Need:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience

Byers’ Choice is seeking an experienced Graphic Design and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for producing all Byers’ Choice content to effectively market our unique product to our loyal customer base and reach new buyers. Content varies based on wholesale or retail target audiences and spans the media spectrum: print, email, web, and social media. The right person for this role can manage multiple projects and understands how each piece fits into the overall marketing strategy. This position works closely with the Byers’ to effectively communicate the Byers’ Choice message.

The Graphic Design ang Marketing Manager position at Byers’ Choice is a full-time, exempt position reporting directly to the vice president. 

Duties & Responsibilities

·        Create and design various materials for both print and digital collateral: advertisements, brochures, catalogs, website, etc…

·        Oversee creative projects from planning through delivery and execution; managing timelines and coordinating with external vendors to ensure projects are completed as scheduled with results that reflect Byers’ Choice quality

·        Create visually engaging email designs that align with the brand’s identity and campaign objectives

·        Photograph product for print and online use, making necessary edits to ensure the image represents the product accurately

·        Promote and strengthen the Byers’ Choice brand through the development and execution of social media strategies

·        Collaborate with sales and other departments on various projects

·        Other duties as assigned

Required Skills, Qualifications, & Abilities

·        Creative content creation using Adobe Creative Cloud proficiently (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

·        Creative and marketing project management experience with the ability to prioritize based on business needs and deadlines

·        Demonstrated experience in layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and print

·        Ability to evaluate images and perform any retouching, color correcting, and/or manipulating of the images if needed

·        Create and share engaging content, moderate user-generated content, and promote community engagement through social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest

·        Experience in copywriting

·        Experience maintaining website content and optimizing pages, Magento experience preferred

·        Klaviyo email platform experience a plus

·        Manage website analytics; SEO and Google Analytics experience required

·        Experience with HTML and CSS preferred

·        Strong written and analytical skills

·        Self-directed and detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills

Education & Experience

·        Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

·        4+ years of graphic design and marketing experience
