The ideal talent is friendly, relatable, and trustworthy on camera, bringing a natural and conversational tone suited for speaking directly to homeowners. This role requires someone who can film from home with strong audio and video quality while delivering clear, genuine messaging.

Job Responsibilities

• Film a 30–45 second vertical UGC video using a phone

• Follow a simple script or lightly improvise based on provided direction

• Deliver lines in a natural, relatable, real-person tone

• Capture clean audio, good lighting, and stable footage

• Communicate directly to homeowners in a warm and trustworthy manner

Requirements

• Middle-aged talent, preferably 40+

• Friendly and relatable presence on camera

• Comfortable self-filming using a smartphone

• Ability to follow direction and maintain authenticity
