Job Responsibilities

• Manage and update float diagrams
• Work with parade producers to select stars and groups for morning segments
• Create and manage the production schedule for parade day
• Coordinate timing and placement of all groups and star talent
• Act as Production Coordinator during filming of segments and live hits
