About company:
Hello! I’m Hunter McHugh, the founder of On The Hunt Casting and a casting director based in the Southeast. I specialize in casting for both local and nationwide productions, connecting exceptional talent with compelling stories. As a proud New Orleans native, I draw inspiration from my city's rich cultural heritage. With a focus in independent film, big brand commercials, and theater, my journey began as an actor. I honed my skills at Mandeville High School and the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA) before earning my BFA in Acting from Northern Illinois University. I also had the incredible opportunity to study at the Moscow Art Theatre in Moscow, Russia, deepening my understanding of the craft. My love for casting grew as I transitioned from acting to working in production. In 2019, I launched On The Hunt Casting and have been dedicated to it ever since. I’m also a proud member of the Casting Society of America (CSA). I enjoy collaborating with talent, producers, and directors to bring their visions to life. If you're interested in working together or learning more about my services, please reach out!
