They are seeking a seasoned and innovative Creative Director to join a dynamic team, contributing strategic vision and creative expertise to drive the company’s creative initiatives and elevate its brand presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the conceptualization and implementation of creative campaigns and content targeting diverse audiences, including consumers and medical professionals.
  • Foster and manage partnerships with internal and external teams and agencies to generate consumer-winning concepts across various touch-points, encompassing packaging design, digital design, social media, email, brand identity/assets creation, photography, video, and more.
  • Act as the representative and leader of design practices, ensuring the digital, print, and packaging look and feel align with brand standards and are of the highest quality.
  • Coach and mentor a team of designers, content strategists, copywriters, and videographers, ensuring a consistently high level of creative quality and efficient workflows, while fostering team growth.
  • Design, implement, and maintain brand standards, usage guidelines, and governance for all brands in the portfolio, ensuring a unified look, feel, and voice.
  • Proactively introduce innovative ideas, inspire customer messaging, and explore new approaches as a highly creative leader.
  • Effectively manage creative budgets and resources to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery, maintaining strong communication with cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with eCommerce, retail, veterinary, brand management, and digital teams to define go-to-market strategies from product concept to launch, leveraging analysis and research to meet customer needs.
  • Propose marketing initiatives based on market demand and insights, providing advice on promotional opportunities.
  • Assist in brand protection efforts and collaborate with Brand Protection and Marketing to address and remedy issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar leadership role within a creative agency or in-house team.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects and campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
