Social Media Content Coordinator

Job Description:

Are you someone who is always up to date on the latest social media trends? Do you love being creative while maintaining strong attention to detail? Are you looking for a position with fantastic growth opportunities? Bottom Line Marketing is looking for a full-time Social Media Content Coordinator! We are looking for someone who not only loves social media and content creation but is interested in strategically growing the digital presence of our clients. This position is in person at our West Palm Beach office.

The Social Media Coordinator will work in the Social Media Department alongside other content coordinators and department managers to support the social media needs of our clients. Early on, the Social Media Coordinator will confidently take ownership of the social media presence for a number of clients. This includes making graphics and writing copy that uniquely reflects each client’s voice and brand. Conducting market research to understand the latest trends and staying up to date with social media best practices is an ongoing expectation. 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the conceptualization, creation, and scheduling of content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
  • Assist in notification management and engagement across all social media accounts. 
  • Regular communication with the team on social media best practices, trends, content, advertisements, and reporting to establish tangible and successful goals that balance engagement and growth.
  • Conception, facilitation, and management of social media giveaways, influencer partnerships, and contests to boost organic engagement and following.
  • Advise clients and departments on industry standards, current trends, and platform growth. 
  • Collect relative social media analytics to create comprehensive organic social media performance reports to improve future marketing strategies and 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • The candidate must have a strong passion for social media, graphic design and digital marketing.
  • The candidate must have an interest in the luxury retail industry and must have the ability to elevate the brand with creative out-of-the-box thinking.
  • The candidate must have excellent knowledge of emerging trends on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Twitter.
  • Work well with others in a collaborative environment and possess a positive attitude.
  • Must have strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to strategize, create social media performance reports, and is comfortable with data analytics in relation to digital advertising.
  • Be extremely organized, have an entrepreneurial spirit (self-starter), and be timely.
  • Must be able to find resolutions to a problem and create actionable steps.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) & attention to detail are a must.
  • Must have graphic design experience including Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • SproutSocial, Meta Business Suite, and Canva experience is a plus

Compensation Details:

  • Ultra-low-budget rates in accordance with ULB guidelines. Specific rates will be provided upon offer.
