Seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager / Sr. Partnerships Manager.

In this role, you will lead the growth of affiliate and influencer relationships, as well as assist in the planning and execution of all marketing initiatives for the affiliate programs. This role will be tasked with managing daily communication with partners and internal teams, while also cultivating and identifying new opportunities.
You will need to be a self-motivated multitasker with strong analytical skills and knowledge of the e-commerce and digital media landscape.
You will come with experience from a DTC, sustainable fashion brand, or the clean beauty industry – Plus experience managing a small team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Lead the planning lifecycle for partnerships with affiliates and influencers from negotiation, execution, campaign monitoring, reporting and analytics, and evaluation of ongoing partnerships.
· Management influencers and affiliate partners directly to providing business solutions, as well as offering ideas of increasing revenue through unique marketing programs.
· Manage and service your existing affiliate and influencer relations as well as identify and secure new ones
· Spearhead the development of an influencer marketing strategy to aid new customer acquisition efforts that work in tandem with the affiliate program
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
· Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing affiliate programs at a fashion or beauty company or agency.
· Influencer marketing and management experience is a plus.
· Ideal candidate will have existing relationships with affiliates and influencers
· Team management experience.
