Job Title: Marketing Production Manager
Reports to: Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing

Role Overview:
The Marketing Production Manager maintains high-level knowledge and organization of all content productions and photoshoots. This role works closely with Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing and Creative to align on seasonal needs for the business.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee Production Coordinator and guide them in most effective sample organization, task management and prioritization.
- Work closely with Marketing Operations to operate within seasonal timelines and ensure shoot deliveries are being met within the Marketing GTM calendar.
- Ensure and own photo studio cleanliness, upkeep, stock, etc.
- Work directly with Product Marketing Manager to ensure channel needs are met within shoots.
- Work cross-functionally with Legal, Talent Relations, etc… to obtain and ensure approval on all materials used in projects and to disseminate information on restrictions to all affected parties.
- Partner with Creative Project Manager and Asset Specialist for photoshoot asset hand-off and feedback.
- Lifestyle photoshoot production.
- Own communication and cross-functional visibility between external agencies and internal teams.
- Participate in model and location selects.
- Work closely with Product Marketing Manager to pull all necessary needs based on shot list and catalog pagination.
- Work directly with Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing to ensure we are working within budget.
- Assist in maintaining on-set efficiency.
- Be a stakeholder for on-set prep, shoot, and takedown.
- Studio photoshoot production.
- Source model packages and casting options and own process of model selects per season by routing for feedback and approvals to brand marketing and creative teams
- Maintain relationships and communication with model agencies.
- Oversee casting and model fits by sending product, tracking sizes, etc.
- Manage studio calendar and ensure crew needs are met and scheduled.
- Manage and work with Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing on daily/shoot costs.
- Provide assistance and booking for product laydown shoots.
Educational/Position Requirements:
- Bachelors’ degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of photoshoot and/or project management experience.
- Experience with working with apparel product.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional skills.
- Excellent understanding of GTM initiatives, planning and execution.
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry skills.
- Experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes.

Compensation

Production Assistant: $220/12
-
Camera Operator/Drone: $650/12 + $150 drone kit fee
